The best hotel in upper pelling. The kanchenjungha view, transport availability, staff behavior, management, room organization all the features are top-notch. Highly recommended.

We ,the family my wife and my son stayed here for 2 night s . The arrangement for our tour at Pelling was well organized by them. The Manager , NATUN BHAI , & other stuffs of the hotel were very much cordial. They never let us thought that we were out of our home. The Hotel room is capacious. The beauty of the Kanchenzanga is mesmerized from the room. The memory of staying here could not have been forgotten.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Excellent view of Kanchenjunga from the rooms. Clean bathroom with geyser. The breakfast was fresh and very tasty. You can literally feel they were made from locally procured organic vegetables. Heater cost will be extra just like majority of the other hotels nearby. The staffs were very courteous. Looking forward to staying again.

The rooms are in good condition,the view is direct to kanchanjunga provided you get the mountain view rooms. It's not a side view unlike some places near the helipad.
Very close proximity to resturants offering Bengali tibetian or Chinese food vegetarians have a good option of pure veg restaurant close by or you can order in room.

The staff is humble and they do something beyond what you request at times. The chef prepares excellent breakfast i could not say anything better .Infact all the ingredients in a dish and presentation is beyond perfect.

For the price the rooms and location and the cleanliness especially toilets for women is clean.

Am happy I made a good choice.

The Rooms are very well maintained. Service was awesome. Behaviours of Hotel staff is like a family. Food was excellent…Kanchanjangha Views is the best from this hotel…. I really enjoyed the stay…. Highly recommend for other to experience the stay in this hotel….

Stay and enjoy one of the best view of Kanchenjunga from the rooms. Have tasty food, served by well caring staff. Hotel provides clean and healthy stay. Staff have maintained the hotel pretty well.

Book the mountain view rooms. We got to see Kanchenjunga clearly around 5 30am. Staff is efficient & courteous. Food is good just ask them to make it less oily. Rooms are cozy and were clean. Hot water was available.Only drawback no lift so bit difficult for elders.

Best part of this hotel is Kanchanjangha view from room. Location is also prime. Service and behaviour of each and every stuff is fantastic. And also food they serve fresh and testy too.

Do stay in the mountain side rooms especially for a clear view of kanchanjunga alongwith sleeping Buddha. Polite and courteous staffing always at your service. Room service was best till now in all my visits in Sikkim. Strongly recommended for a pleasant stay.

I had amazing experience in this hotel. Got to see Kanchanjangha from the room. It was a direct view. Even lying on the bed you can see Kanchanjangha. It was cloudy in October but we were lucky to see Kanchanjangha on our 2nd day morning. We were staying at the best room of the hotel room# 402. Hotel Staffs are very nice. Food was too good. You will have to return to this hotel time and time again for the food and above all for the best view of Kanchanjangha.

We have stayed there for two nights. Rooms are big but the floor needs to be cleaned. Wash rooms are much bigger. Food is good but expensive. Payment through card is not available there.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, food quality was excellent, i cant stress enough how good the food was, the taste is beyond description, an unforgettable experience, staff behaviour was very amicable and polite, also the view from the window of my room was perfectly splendid, a blessing to my eyes. First of all the staffs are excellent, their service and humbleness and everything is in point. The food is so good that I'll visit this place again. The location and the view is mesmerizing. Their manager and the staffs are very helpful, bathroom and rooms are clean so there's nothing to expect more. Everything is on point.👌👌

I don't know why this hotel is rated below 4 . Position wise and view wise this hotel is perfectly placed. Room and bathroom is clean enough. Fitted with all facilities. I have no complain with behavior of the staffs. Food quality and quantity is good enough. I don't know the actual tariffs, but with my tariff it's quite value for money.

Hotel is at a very location. Beautiful views from the windows of the room. In-house food quality is also good. Behavior of staff is also very nice. Great hotel at a good price. Highly recommend.
