I did 6 days Dzongri Trek with Desire Trek and Expedition we enjoyed ourselves very much we were initially quite worried because we heard it is cold in December but we were well taken care of throughout the trip we were given linen and hot water bags to keep ourselves warm in sleeping bags. There was hot drinks given upon waking up and during afternoon breakfast Sanjay the guide is knowledgeable, caring and responsive. Having a good guide makes a lot of difference to the trek and i must say he is excellent.

Sikkim trip with Desire Earth Trek and Expendition happened because my friends and I wanted to go somewhere we had never been before, and it went well beyond what we hoped for.

Our guide, Dilip Basnett, was super professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and had a great passion to show us the beauty and nature of Sikkim. He turned a normal trip to an incredible experience. We did some hiking, climbing and exploring at Tshangu Lake, Chopta Valley and Yumthang Valley, which I highly recommend if you are nature person. The journey, let me tell you, you have to have excellent driving skills on zigzag, curvy, bumpy road. Our drivers, they rock! They were very nice, funny and helpful. Thanks to the team for taking care of us, I appreciate it. We had a wonderful time together.

I visited Tashiding Monastery when I did Goechala Trek with Desira Earth last year. Visiting any monastery is unique experience in itself but visit it when I went on a trek for Goechala with Desira Earth it was great. I like the Rohan's personal attention to every trek detail...they are best trek organizer for goechala trek.

We went on the Kanchenjunga round trek with this company. The company's owner is DB. We are seasoned trekkers in the Himalayas so we are aware of the limitations of the region. The guide and staff was ill equipped for high altitude treks to a point where safety was a concern. Not only was it badly organized, they decided to cut short the trek by 4 days (stating deep snows as an excuse), despite our insistence of being seasoned high altitude trekkers. DB then refused to refund the 4 days of money. I also had paid for another trip to north Sikkim that DB had outsourced to an agent in Gangtok. Both of them defrauded me by bringing me back on Day 3 when his itinerary clearly stated 5 days. I would stay away from this company. They are not at all experienced in this field and DB's attitude is something I don't want to deal with on my trek.
