Hotel Dewachen

We can come to this location and book the rooms rather than taking it online. Mostly if you are coming in Feb to March you will get rooms in very cheap rate. We tried online but it shows all the rooms are booked but if you visit offline plenty of rooms available.
Staying wise it's a very nice place to stay. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Before taking rooms please check bathroom taps, lights and geyser which is the most important thing.
Otherwise overall it's a very nice hotel with a good location.

During our visit to Pelling, we stayed at Hotel Dewachen for only two days but I really want to say that this place is definitely where you should stay. The staff are extremely helpful. A special mention for Aditya Ji and Aishwarya, through our interactions, we know we have made friends for life. Everyone will go out of their way to help you with whatever you need and most importantly, they treat you like friends. Thank you for everything, we will come home to Pelling again. Went there with my family around the time of January and it was everything you can probably ask for! The staff was the plus point of this hotel as they are very friendly and helpful, if you need anything you can just ask them!

While i would say there is some issue with the electricity and power cuts but its a isolated location what do you expect! You go there on a trip to be away from all the fuss in the city so leave your daily lives and expectations behind and just enjoy!

Food- 4/5 (Could have been better)
Staff 6/5 (1 extra star for the manager, she was very friendly)
Rooms 4.5/5- (They were starting the restorations back then)

If you ask me honestly the hotel is very nice and if you are planning to go to pelling, definitely give this place a try!

Extra tip- Ask for the rooms that are on the front side on floor as you will be able to have a nice view of Mountains!

Hi I am Navaneesh from bangalore, we have visited sikkim as a tourist and in peeling we stayed in Hotel Dewachen, we don't think of staying in any other hotel other then this hotel if we visit next time, as the staffs are really helpful and service are fantastic by Aishwarya, Bhavesh and team, even we have advised few of my friends to stay in this hotel if they visit. I loved the place and the service was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and cordial. The hotel is very well maintained and has a high standard of cleanliness. Food is awesome. Moreover, they provide drivers for tours in the nearby places, who are exemplary in their driving and behaviour. Location of the hotel is also in a happening spot and easily accessible. It was a treat staying here. 10/10 would do it again.

Visited the hotel just a few days back for a solo trip it was a workation and the service of the staff, the food and amenities like their WiFi was top notch I had a very nice experience and would surely visit again

I stayed here for 3 Days in June, well to be Honest rooms are big in size and clean food was good.Had WiFi so I was able to do my work. As hilly area some restrictions are there but a Budget and pocket friendly this is must option.

You can ask for heater in rooms if cold is unbearable. Breakfast was good, you can take breakfast at hotel and go for sightseeing. You can see beautiful Himalaya if environment is clear.

It was part of our Sikkim tour,but it was the best part of our Sikkim tour.Good ambience, helpful staff and manager,mouth watering food with prompt service,nice view of nature from the hotel.Overall staying at this hotel was like 'Home away from Home.'Highly recomended A Must Stay
