When I went to update my aadhar card the staff was very non cooperative and unhelpful, when I filled up my form for the aadhar card to updated I filled I up correctly but the one who was suppose to fill it up online was constantly talking at phone and not paying attention to what she was typing even though in my first aadhar card my date of birth was correct when it came 5 or 6 months later it came wrong now due to which even my voter ID has wrong date of birth, I went to several places to correct it but the date of birth correction can be done only once, I can't even give my exams now.

I am shabunam rai of nandok and i updated my mother addhar card mobile number form your bank on 1 sep but it wasn't been updated .. today is 30 sep I am very disappointed when I checked it online. My mother have some urgent work with addhar card but because of your bank careless my work is not done. we paid money for you to do work on time. I request you please do it on time some people have urgent work alsooo......

My bank account has been inactive for more than 7 months and I have tried reaching out to the Bank Manager but they have not responded well to my concern, and later they couldn't give a clear reason as to why my account has remained inactive. I need the bank account to be active as soon as possible. I am very disappointed by the kind of service that your bank has shown. I need proper guidance and instruction to move further with my bank issue. This kind of service and response that the bank has provided is really disheartening and completely opposite to the service that I have provided before I opened this account a new. Therefore I hope to get a positive respond from your end. And if still you can’t solve my issues then I follow up next level complaint.

While the Branch Manager was kinda polite & seemed helpful.

Went to ICICI bank today because I had some issues ...the lady out there just refused to help me ..another one excused herself by saying she's already doing something ...PATHETIC !!! They have a 3 star ratings is no big surprise ...am seriously thinking of shifting my current and savings account to some other bank ..anyway , they don't have much to offer ...not even a good customer service !!!!!

I'm very very disappointed with ICICI Bank because being a well know Bank in India, I think people working there don't know how to handle guest request and its been more then 5 months that I'm waiting for my request to follow up.

Worst then SBI🤮
