I had a partial knee surgery on 3rd February at KG Hospital. The staff & Doctors were very cordial and helpful. The room was hygienically well maintained. Particular mention about the two night shift Nurses, Jaculine & Nivedita. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me when I was in extreme pain. She was monitoring me every hour. A big Thank you to both.

Mrs. Krishnaveni, General Manager, Insurance, has also been very helpful. She and her Team guided us correctly the procedure for cashless insurance. She helped us through the procedure & submitted all documents in time to the Insurance company for processing payment. I would recommend for people to meet her and take help from her/Team.

As one of the best hospitals in the city, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of care provided. As it turns out, the patient’s long-term care is kept in mind while providing treatment and medical advise.
From the docs and nurses, up to the nutritionist, everyone were awesome. Thanks for everything!

My heartfelt gratitude extends to the exceptional medical staff at KG Hospital, Coimbatore, who tirelessly cared for my father during his critical condition. Dr. Baby Kavitha, Dr. Maheshwaran, and other ICU doctors exhibited unparalleled dedication and expertise, guiding us through a challenging time.

The IMCU nurses, including Vasuki, Shalini, Vishnu Priya, Sneha, and others (whose names might have slipped my mind), were incredible.

And nurses 4th floor names, maha, selvi, crystal marry and all others, their unwavering commitment to patient care, especially during nights, was truly commendable.

A special mention goes to Crystal Mary, whose exceptional care and professionalism stood out remarkably. Her attention to detail and compassionate approach made a world of difference during our difficult days.

Furthermore, the security team, including Vijayalakshmi, Parameshwari, and Venila, were very kind in assisting all patients with care and love.

And the respiratory team I got a chance to meet only Hema face to face and she was very kind even at night. I am sure everyone in her team are like wise.

Dedicated efforts of the physiotherapy team played important role in my father's recovery.

Despite occasional stress, the staff consistently demonstrated kindness and professionalism. However, I believe the facility itself could benefit from renovation to match the outstanding service provided by the staff.

Acknowledging the efforts of the pharmacy team, led by Kalai, and others, as well as the service delivery team comprising Shanti and Sandhya, for their dedication in addressing my concerns multiple times.

KG Hospital boasts a team of exemplary individuals, and while acknowledging their outstanding efforts, I hope the facility can undergo necessary renovations to enhance its positive impact further.

The students from KG nursing were also participated some of the treatments and they are really good.

I regret any omissions in mentioning specific names and extend my heartfelt gratitude to every staff member involved. Your collective dedication significantly impacted my father's recovery, and I deeply appreciate each one of you.

We came for a vacation from Sydney to our hometown Palakkad and did routine checks and found some variations in ECG , my brother in law Dr Adarsh then recommended us to visit KG Hospital Coimbatore, which was one of the best decisions we took around the issue. The hospital saffs were extremely friendly and helpful and would like to thank Mrs.Jayasudha PRO for patiently taking us through various procedure rooms and helping us. Would like to extend our gratitude towards Dr.Nithyan who took his time to explain our ECG variation in laymans terms and making us feel very comfortable throughout the consultation. Special mentions to MRI consultants, Mr.Manoharan and Dr.Rajarajan who made me feel at ease throughout the CT scan procedure and took their time out to explain the results in detail. Would highly recommend the hospital.

I had gone to Dr Koshy this January with complaints of eczema, itching and other skin problems. I am extremely happy to share with you that I have made a very good recovery from the problems. The itching and skin lesions have subsided totally. Thank you so very much for this Dr Koshy! 🙏🏽

I’m sharing about our experience at the KG hospital. For my mom, kidney transplantation was done 8 years ago by Dr. Ilangovan Veerapan. Initially, we had not much knowledge about transplantation, he explained this clearly, and his treatment is very good. For the past 8 years, we have been consulting with him, one of the great doctors we have seen. He is very kind to all the patients.

We owe it to Dr. Ilangovan and Dr. Balakrishnan for my mom’s rebirth.

In the nephrology department, all the staff were very caring, and the entire KG hospital service is very good.

My experience is K G Hospiral has been one of the best comfortable and satisfaction Hospital.My father in law was admitted with Severe breathing defeculty Dr Saleem Akhtar was suggested to Pulmonology Dr Maheswaran and Cardiology Dr Balasubramanian both Doctors and thier team with their experience and efficiency stabilized my father in law and made sure to provide us good treatment and assurance of his progress.Doctors and Nurses maintain a cheerful environment to uplift his spirits. My experience will KG Hospital has been one of the most comforting and best experiences from a hospital. My father was admitted with a stroke. Dr.RK and his team of doctors with their experience and efficiency stabilized my father and made sure to provide us regular updates and assurance of his progress. The wardens and nurses maintained a cheerful environment to uplift our spirits and the other helpers and cleaning staff were courteous and very helpful. Special mention also to the physiotherapy department. We are eternally grateful to Dr. Anand and his team who helped my father get back on his feet and Somaiah Venkatachalam who is now supporting my father to get back his confidence to do his daily activities. Thank you for giving us the confidence and assurance during this difficult phase of our lives.

Good hospital with great Doctors and staffs.
Dr. V P Shanmuga Sundaram is such a great human. The way he treats his patient and their family literally gives them confidence and hope to overcome the disease. Dr. VPS’s assistants are also well trained and treated the patient well, they used to come and check the patient often which makes the patient to feel better. The nurses in 6th floor (Chandra, Dhanalakshmi, Fathima, Rishari, Sowmiya, Jeeva, Mounika, Charumathi, Saranya & Subbalakshmi) they were so helpful and treated the patient well and very quick to to attend on time. Overall 10/10

My uncle was detected with two blocks in the heart which was very severe in condition. The cardiologists over there were super responsible and they gave a clear vision on the problem and how it could be treated.Since his condition was very severe and critical we were advised to go with open heart surgery.We had gone through a very tough time but the doctors over there especially Dr.Seghu(who did surgery for my uncle) and sheebha sister were very supportive and gave us the strength to handle the situation.
Now my uncle is completely alright and recovering well.Thanks to the entire cardiology department staffs and hospital also.

I was affected by stroke, a variant called Tuberculosis Meningitis in 2019,

I would like to mention the kind services received from the Chief Physiotherapist Dr. Mohan Gandhi,
I was undergoing physiotherapy for my right part of my body's paralysis, I was also speech impaired, aphasia, meaning i cannot speak, if somebody wrote and showed me, i couldn't read as well, dyscalculia, which means I couldn't remember the numbers and calculate a basic addition, memory loss etc.,

People never used to speak to me after I got stroke thinking i won't understand a word they speak to me, i don't blame them, they couldn't understand what they haven't gone through na.

In the beginning of my stroke, when I was about to leave the physiotherapy for the day, Dr.Mohan Gandhi asked me 'Did you have breakfast?' I was able to comprehend that he was asking this out of his kindness, and he was trying to make a small talk with me to assess my condition, I tried to answer but i couldn't reply back, because i couldn't gather the words necessary, and my memory was so low that i couldn't remember what I had just before leaving home, but i was resolute in honouring the Doctor's kindness, after two days of struggling ,I managed to say that I had idli.

The point I'm trying to make here is, an act, as simple as speaking to a stroke patient, can have such a huge impact.

He prompted me to speak, he prompts me even to use both of my hands while speaking, when I go once in while for my hand's improvement.
I've seen him tending to every single patient despite being busy, like he won't leave a patient unhealed, which is altruism, hence it makes him practically brilliant. Thank you Doctor, you are a blessing to the patients because of the level of compassion you show.
I also thank my Physiotherapists.

I owe my life to Dr. T.C.R.Ramakrishnan the Neurologist, and Dr. K.Maheshwaran the Pulmonologist, who was very very kind to me and my parents.

I recently went for an eye checkup, seeing my worry, the Dr. Manoj Ramachandran told his assistant to recheck my eyes, I found that gesture compassionate. Dr. Premlatha was kind too.

For sure they go an extra mile for their patients.
Not just the Doctors there, the Nurses in the ICU, Neurology department's OP overseer Ms.Baby, the receptionists Ms.Megala, and the receptionists, the manager Ma'am, the cashiers, right down to the workers Ms.Fatima, are so very kind.

KG Hospital has a major role to whoever I am after the stroke.

This is not just a casual review it's my own experience experienced in kg hospital as far as the best hospital in coimbatore for all sorts of treatments and the doctors in kg were down to earth very friendly and supporting patients, giving hope for patients to get well from their Illness. I have gone for treatment in nephrology department I like to mention and express my heartfelt gratitude to sir doctor Ilangovan veerappan MD,DM(Nephro) chief nephrologist. He is the only reason I'm in good health and leading happily life, sir is well experience in renal transplant has successfully transplanted for many people with renal failure. This is Bharathi Deepak, last month I had a minor accident and my hand was broke, so I was admitted in kg hospital and went under a surgery!!The doctors and nurses supported me a lot, they were friendly and took good care of me!! I would like to thank Gayathri mam physio for bringing back confidence in me and big thanks to my physio therapist Mr.Somaiah venkatachalam..for over a month he gave me physio treatment at my place, now I can functional my hand normally!! So genuine and experienced doctors. Nurses are so friendly. Treatments are excellent. Hospitality also good. Canteen is clean and food is tasty but expensive.

I wish to tell about my wife's MVR surgery, at the hands of Dr. Arunkumar & team. We came to Dr. Arunkumar when we heard about MICS. On operation day, my wife's condition became critical and Dr. Arunkumar called me and explained that MICS will not be possible due to her present condition, and rightly advised for open surgery. I was first not ready for it and wanted to go to other hospital. But he explained thoroughly about her critical condition and helped me through the decision. His timely decision and action helped my wife cope up faster even from that critical state and today she is ready for discharge in 7 days. I thank the doctor, for saving my wife's life by right decision, the icu team and ward nurses for their caregiving. We thank OPD secretary for proper guidance even in busy OP day.
