It is a departmental store. Mainly provision items are sold. A few years back it was one of the best business centres where one can, say "all under one roof" buy all needs of a household. Now it has reduced only for provisions, vegetables and fruits. Pricing is less than MRP. Quick billing is done. Usually crowded on weekends and first weeks after salary. Genuine quality and reasonable pricing.

This store is located on Trichy road and has all the household necessities. Well maintained and we get almost all the items. Offers could have been more compared to other leading super markets. Packing will be done in a carton box and given which is a plus point. Overall good shop for purchases

Must visit leisurely as there is so much new to browse .
Fresh juice collection is very good with lots of interesting offers.
Grocery is as usual.
Biscuits items are not adequate, they did not have sunfeast all round potato biscuits, they did not have Malkist (our favourite)biscuits.
Vegetables were good and in correct price.
We visit now and then .

Came again today to reliance Kannan.
Same friendly service and had a pleasant shopping.
This time too lots of offers.
Vegetables were fresh.

All products under one roof. Maintaining cleaned premises. They have billing section seperately for speedy service. When I bought provision they given gift coupon to buy snacks in their store. They accepting all type of payments. Home delivery option also available. Customer friendly and they guide the customer to the place what they searching. Totally great experience for me.

Always the pricing is good. This Diwali is rocking. I bought the Fogg (Marco) for just Rs. 169/- for which the MRP is Rs. 230/-

The body sprays are heavily discounted and also body soaps Park Avenue (pack of 4) for just Rs. 99/- and kids soaps too.

And discounts on ghee, flour and many items.

A-Z requirement fulfiller when it comes to family household requirements. Has bakery, house daily requirement, Vegetables at reasonable price on weekends. Billing delay is there on Sundays as it gets very crowded especially in ground floor. It even has medical outlet. But some products lacks quality.

Kannan always rendering good service, their marketing techniques was good but they have high profit than small retailers

Small retailers do not have big rent, no labours salary, no big investment risk, no bulk purchase, no dead stocks

Even though big departmental stores like kannan are profitable, because they will have high profit margin in products which people doesn't know the price
