Adyar Ananda Bhavan - A2B

Had lunch here on my way to Thanjavur. There is large parking space in front. Place has a few stairs to enter, so not wheelchair friendly.

I had the meals, and they were really good. Sambar and Rasam were specially good. We also tried Chilly Paneer, it was quite good. Ice-creams were also good.

Place was really crowded, so we need to spot the people getting up soon, and stay there to hog the seats.

We had an amazing lunch there. The restaurant was fully packed, but still the service was great. We tried veg meal (thali), it was very good.

I am generally not a fan of a2b, nor am I a fan of this one butttt the ghee dosa and chutney served here is top class 💯💯. Waiters are nice and turn around time is respectable

Place is located right off the Thanjavur highway.
This Place gets crowded during peak hours but they have enough manpower to handle the same. Food quality is very good.
Toilets are clean and there is ample parking as well.

It was really great to eat there. The prices are a bit expensive but the quality and taste compensates for it. This is one of the best veg restaurants one can find around that area.!!

Great location for velankanni travellers.. The food is rally tasty and clean.. Fast service.. . Staff are friendly.. Ample parking is available... negative could be.. The place is a bit crowded most of the times.. And the washroom complex is situated outside the restaurant... And offers mediocre cleanliness...

Delicious food but bit costly. The hand craft shop near by A2B is awesome.. Must visit that shop .. All the articles were very beautiful and creative.. We can shop for interior ddecorations for making our house more beautiful.. Very unique collections are there.. After having heavy meals visiting this shop just for a window shopping will be fine too... 😊😊

Wow! We reached here at 4PM and there was no meals available. Based on our request they have provided mini meals additionally with papad and buttermilk. Service was excellent. Food quality and taste is awesome.

It was my first time in A2B and I won't ever forget the taste of boli I had that day!
I had tea, vada & boli from here and all of the items were excellent.
Since am from Kerala and it was my vacation trip in Thanjavor, I bought sweets for my family from here too. We can get mixture (different variety sweets) of dairy sweets and dried fruits sweets from A2B.
Customer service and cleanliness was top notch as well.

Super place to have snakes and bathroom r very clean... North and South food are available... Water facilities good... Serving people are good... A2b s good... Family... The food were simply delicious, the coffee was tasty and the best of them all is the vadai! So crispy outside but soft and fluffy inside.

Eat with your heart. Nice taste. It also has a sweet counters. Their thali is too good.

This eating spot is on the Tanjore Kombakonam highway. Good Vegetarian food. Clean washrooms and ample parking available.

Have north and south Indian food items and sweets. All are tasty. Very service oriented staff.

It’s a must stop food/snack joint should you pass this highway. Clean and fast. Tasteful veg food.
