The hotel has excellent location . The staffs at the reception desks were friendly, service minded and helpful. This made my stay comfortable and relaxing. I would like to thank Miss Shagun at reception for her professionalism in dealing with customers.

Given the busy nature of this place, the hotel is a safe bet in comparison to those around it. It is secluded, quiet and away from the main road.
Ramada plaza is one of the best hotels in Varanasi. The best part of the hotel is it's location, There is a shopping mall right next to the hotel. The hotel is about 50 meters inside the main road, away from the dust and noise.
The rooms are spacious with a good view of the garden, clean and comfortable. Food was good and service was good too. Good reception area with a pleasant aroma and very good breakfast spread.
The Ramada Hotel offers a delightful stay that's filled with comfort and warmth. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with friendly smiles and impeccable service. The overall ambiance was welcoming and inviting, setting the tone for a relaxing stay.
To elevate the experience further, I would suggest the hotel management consider improving the quality of room fittings. Investing in modern fixtures and fittings would not only enhance the overall aesthetic appeal but also elevate the level of comfort and convenience for guests.

Overall, my stay at the Ramada Hotel was enjoyable, and with a slight improvement in the room fittings, it would undoubtedly be a memorable experience for all guests. Excellent property, serene location away from city crowds is indeed a highlight.
Rooms spacious with all needed necessary amenities. About bathroom tub a great facility for customers but it's worth considering that it may pose hazard to senior citizens.
Food was nice, as I stayed continuly for 2 days almost same meenu was both day ,but attending staff was very hospitable.
I will give 5 star in every field.

We had a wonderful and comfortable time at Ramada Plaza Varanasi. Nice sized rooms, executive floor, amazing garden, landscaping and pool, kind and polite staff right from the front desk to the restaurant to house cleaning. Everyone was very sweet and caring and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable . Thank you Mr Ashish Singh (at the reservations) for being so Kind and extremely Helpful. Thank you Mr Malavaya Tripathi at the Restaurant. Thank you Ms Mansi and Mr Priyanshu. The travel desk also helped with our car experience with Mr Santosh who drove us around. The travel desk of this hotel was perfect. Mr. Touseef Ahmed helped me a lot, so I could do everything which I wanted.
The front desk is helpful and friendly, the taste of the restaurant is very nice even for foreigner like me.

I traveled with my family to visit Varanasi for 3 days trip. Ramada hotel Jhv Varanasi stay is very enjoyable and comfortable. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Particularly Shri Harsh Tiwari ( manager) and Pooja Jha are the asset of hotel. Both are carrying whole responsibility on their shoulders. Both they are well trained and prompt to solve problems. Rooms are very neat and clean. Breakfast are superb and very clean area.check in and check out are very easy. Sneha, Sagun front desk assistant are also very helpful in all respects. Over all our entire stay are very enjoyable. I definitely recommend this place to my friends.

We had a wedding function and we were greeted and welcomed with so much warmth and affection, absolutely loved the hospitality and a big thumbs to the chef Manish rawat for the amazing and delicious food along with Mr. Arvind and Mr. Rahul i.e. the managers who hosted us with warmth.

The hotel was really a great place to stay at.
The staff was very friendly and helped us a lot with travel. The female staff at reception was very nice to us and gave us an early check in room even though it was a very busy day, she also arranged an airport taxi for us.
The room was clean and nice, and yes the hotel kit wasn’t provided but we were told that we can ask if we want to get it. ( totally understandable as I wouldn’t even bother using it)

1st priority is Ramada in every city i travel too.
4 stars to room cause bathroom doors are noisy. Quite a bit of sound of water flushing down even if the next room uses the wasroom.
There was some construction work at higher floors so disturbance during day hours.
Staff is very cooperative and helpful be it front desk or restaurant.
Though a bit far from ghats but manageable. Loved it.

Only problem we faced is that the water in the shower kept stopping while taking bath.
Otherwise, our stay was enjoyable.

I had a wonderful experience at the (HN). Every staff member I encountered, from check in to the cleaning staff were delightful full and eager to help. Property was amazing swimming pool , restro & garden but rooms were not that good according to 5 star hotel it’s feel like 2 star for me overall everything was wonderful .
