Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre - 5 Star Deluxe Hotel in Agra

Beautiful hotel in Agra. I stayed here as part of a tour package and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. My room was big, clean, and had an outdoor patio area. I didn’t use them, but there is a decent sized outdoor pool also spa facility. Nice gym as well.

I only had breakfast and the buffet had a good number of options. The welcome fresh flower garland was also a nice touch to the start of my stay!

Would definitely stay here again. Staff was wonderful.

A beautiful and fantastic luxury hotel in Agra. The service of the staff were exceptional. One of the best I’ve stayed in. I had a medical incident and they were very responsive in getting me to hospital and staying with me for two hours. Their kindness was appreciated more than they know. Highly recommend

It's been 15 years since I drove a car.
But I went to every city..
There are no facilities for the driver.
But today I came very soon and got a very good price for the driver from the hotel.
I am very happy today..

Hotel staff was courteous. Rooms were nice, but breakfast at buffet was served cold that too in winter and to add to that i found a large glass piece inside my Croissant while taking a bite. Thank god i was lucky that i didnt bite the glass piece, other wise it could have led to a disaster. I would recommend the staff to look into the matter.

This is truly a luxury hotel. Our room was spacious with an outdoor addition area. The restaurants are excellent. We particularly enjoyed the Chinese restaurant. We also availed ourselves of the spa services. The staff is always willing to go the extra mile for us.

We stayed here on our first night in India. The service was exceptional and the food in the hotel restaurant (Indian cuisine) was so delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful hotel, we had a very big room with balcony facing their pretty garden. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Food was delicious, they had a variety of restaurants and bars. The spa was awesome, we had the best ayurvedic massage. Location is conveniently located few mins from taj mahal

It's very gorgeous place and staff behaviour is ultimately nice. Cleaning and housekeeping services is timely.
Hotel cleanliness is very good. Way of rooms is little bit confusing because all path is same and all wings path are same like wing1 , 2,3,4.

Top notch spot. Beautiful layout, the garden floor rooms were lovely with a little patio leading out to a garden. We just had a night's stay so could not experience all the facilities available.

Okay, rarely do I truly praise a hotel. This place is it! Such friendly staff and truly a five star hotel or “palace”. The ground are well maintained and it is quite an experience. They even have a bowling alley. Welcome drink, show you to your room (because you will get lost easily), and three or four restaurants. The local wine is great. I just can’t say enough good things, thank you. You all have made my night here unforgettable and unmatched. I have stayed in numerous similar ranked hotels across the globe, this one is the best!

Truly a 5 star hotel with huge convention center and other facilities. Good place to stay for conferences as well as vacations. Location is also convenient from yamuna express way.

Our room is big, views to the big garden, very relaxing. I really like the service here, especially the waitress and waiter in the buffet restaurants. When I coughed, one guy in Pavillon cafe came opening the bottle of water for me to calm my coughing down. The lady the Grand buffet restaurant offered to cook the chicken seperately for my daughter when she saw that my daughter cant eat the spicy food. We felt really priviledge and well taken care of.

This is one of the best choices when you plan to visit Taj Mahal.you can get a peaceful stay here as it is a 5 star hotel you will get all the amenities there.It is a little expensive options while choosing but if your budget allows you will get nice hospitality and peaceful stay.Transportation facilities are good.staffs are very efficient in managing their guests.Restaurent is very also have good food options.room service is also helpful.
