We purchased farm land near Sakleshpur through Green Realtors. Even though the registration took longer due to COVID situation and restrictions, the team of Green Realtors, especially Raghu and Dhyan kept both parties commuinicated about progress and took us to closure of the deal. They were transparent and fair throughout the process.
We had a good experience with them and would strongly recommend them.

Professional, responsive and timely replies with transparency and the necessary details as requested. As one would never buy a property "online" you do have to visit in person, however the details afforded to you provides a good indication of whether or not a trip is warranted.

Very Professional, Raghu from Hanbal has very good knowledge of handling all situations and is the guy to contact for all your requirements. These guys are very straight forward with there business. They keep you informed as to what are the extra charges that you will incur well in advance. These guys are not greedy and money oriented as compared to the bangalore real estate guys. Very Good website for searching lands near Chikmagalur, Hassan, Coorg , Sakleshpur, Sringeri, Balehonnur, Koppa and Shimoga.
They have created the content so well we don't have to visit the place from here only we can see through facebook this is one of the biggest advantage.. only for selected land we can visit in this approach.. else we have to visit everytime to see the land.. this is one tedious Job they have cut short.. And all the properties they are showing are worth investing in their respective budgets.
