As we have booked maruti car in Shruti motors Chikmagalur.. because of bit delay of delivery we got upset as we had to answer our tender office, we spoke bit harshly to Mr.Punith and Ms Impa, but they handled it very politely and gave the delivery on the comitted date. Thank you for this response and Sorry for the harsh time. I expect the same kind of heartly service further too.

The moment starting from enquiring about the car and till the delivery all the staffs have been excellently given the services. Dadafeer my agent followed up till delivery. All the staffs are very friendly and excellent in services. I am glad to meet such sweet agents in a showroom.
