The gym coach is immensely experienced in giving training to the clients.I think it's the best gym i have ever seen before.i lost 7kgs in just 3 months with the guidance given by the trainer(BHASKAR SIR) and get good results in my physic and health condition.i upload my photos after and before I joined in the gym.I uploaded the pic of best coach in the world .

Very good gym, well equipped and systematic gym in kaikaluru, the coach is very professional. He teach every thing in a friendly manner including warm up and warm down, in many gyms people don't know the use of warm and warm down. Here they don't use steroids or any other injections for weight loss, body building they follows only exercise and diet...

Dear friends as of now I saw many gym's in India as well in abrod but i did not seen coch like Mr. Bhaskar, he is very friendly and we'll experienced in gym and dietitian, i got many information for food dite. And he is very much exited to share the information if we are interested, i left gym due to my busy schedule in business but still I am following his guidelines to stable my body wait and fitness.
