One of the best vegetarian restaurants in Thanjavur, Ariya Bhavan has some delicious food. It's located in the centre of the city, right near the Thanjavur Junction railway station, and the only downpoint is that there isn't sufficient parking at rush hour. I tried the Pot Dum Parotta, and it was absolutely delicious, served hot and fresh. I recommend it for at least a meal if you're in Thanjavur.

Lots and lots of vegetarian varities. Food is good in taste. Service is good. Hygiene is well maintained. If you want to have a best vegetarian food in Tanjavur this is the place must visit. Special mention to Nithya, Prakash and Maruda Naidu for their good service and hospitality.

My entire family liked every dish that was served here. Service and quality is so good. Definitely recommended to dine in their chain of restaurants. Another one looks like got even more good ambience. Kancheepuram fluffy dosa from the dosa festival menu was good.

Good tasty and healthy food. My all time favourite is Paneer tikka.
