Right from the start of our adventure to the tranquil JW Marriott Mussoorie, located in the stunningly picturesque mountainous region, we were greeted with exceptional service and hospitality that made our trek from Dehradun airport entirely worthwhile. Nisha at the reception ensured our check-in was seamless, laying the groundwork for the impeccable service that was a constant throughout our visit.

Our room was a masterpiece of luxurious design with comfort at its core. It was elegantly furnished and functional, featuring a luxurious bathtub, an advanced 50-inch smart TV, a fully equipped mini-bar, and a desk that met all our needs. The king-sized bed was perfect for a rejuvenating sleep after adventurous days. The highlight for us, however, was the large balcony with its comfy sofa seating for four, offering a private haven for enjoying serene Mussoorie evenings over coffee.

Although the gym was somewhat limited in equipment diversity, it provided enough for our basic exercise needs, ensuring we stayed on track with our fitness routines. This minor aspect was greatly overshadowed by the fantastic children's play area, which was a dream come true for our toddler. With facilities like a mini-theatre, arts and crafts stations, a Lego zone, and even a carousel, it offered endless fun and creativity, all under the diligent supervision of the staff.

The dining experience at the resort was extraordinary, led by culinary experts, Head Chef Rohit Chadha and Chef de Cuisine Shivan Kashyap. Their dedication and culinary skills shone through in every meal. Chef Chadha's attentive leadership in the kitchen and his effort to cater to our dietary needs made every dining experience special. Chef Kashyap's friendly approach, captivating stories about Mussoorie, and innovative recipes added a unique warmth to our meals. Their special attention to our child’s preferences made meals enchanting and full of lovingly prepared surprises.

The excellence in service was evident beyond the kitchen. Shivam, our dedicated server, consistently welcomed us with warmth, eager to recommend and enrich our meal times with his insights. His suggestion to visit JW Marriott Kolkata reflects the Marriott brand’s commitment to guest satisfaction across their establishments.

We are also grateful to chefs Sunil, Suneel, and Manmeet of the F&B team, whose meticulousness and attentive service perfected our dining experience. The housekeeping staff merits praise for their flawless service, keeping our room spotless and comfortable, with their considerate turn-down service enhancing our nights.

Discovering the resort was an adventure, from nostalgic rides in the classic electric car to exploring the lush nursery filled with various plants and herbs. The diverse outdoor play areas, including a cricket field and other activities, meant entertainment was always at hand.

The daily high tea, accompanied by live guitar melodies against the scenic backdrop, became a treasured ritual, allowing us to soak in Mussoorie's peaceful beauty while relishing fine delicacies.

We had an amazing stay at the JW Marriott Mussoorie. The staff is just too good, especially Mr. Ketan. He instantly took care of all the requirements and was very helpful. The view is breathtaking, however, a little away from the Mall Road. Have to visit here once for experiencing the beauty of the valley.

The visit to Wisteria Deck at Mariott Mussorie was indeed a very special one on our special day. Visited the place, for lunch on december 01, for our 2nd Anniversary and I must say, the staff is actually living up to the brand name. The manager Mr. Arvind, was courteous enough to listen to and fulfill each and every requirement of us.

We ordered a Primevera Pizza and Himalayan Rice Risotto. We were catered to by Mr. Shubham and Miss. Pamela. They were polite, humble and sweet. They treated us with so much warmth and Shubham actually made sure that we feel at home and at ease. He recommended their special Himalayan Rice Risotto and I must say, its a perfect and delicious combination of italian spices with Himalayan red rice. GUYS, It's a MUST TRY PLEASE.

To top it up, the staff actually arranged a beautiful and delicious cake and yummy starter to make our meal complete. Such gracious efforts actually make loyal customers. You all earned our love and admiration. Will always and for sure recommend this place, over any other. Also, thank you Miss Pamela for taking such beautiful pictures of us and capturing our memories. One of the best properties visited. The location is beautiful just over looking the most scenic view. With elaborate gardens, walking trails, best restaurants, amazing food, humble n helpful staff, best kind of hospitality, JW marriot Mussoorie should be on the top of your list for the most comfortable stay ever. Only thing that pinched me was the food price🤣🤣🤣 tooooo high man toooo high. But if you have deep pockets you ll be fine or else you can always eat outside 🤷. Also I will not leave without telling you how kid friendly the place was. It had the most amazing play area, with a bowling alley, movie theatre, and a staff to take care and keep the kids safe n engaged for hours. Thank you JW Marriott for the hospitality.

Rooms are very well furnished and have a class. Only while reaching to your rooms for the first time, you will lead a lot of assistance. There are no proper directions given, and the most confusing part is the exit in the hallways have doors like any another guest room. The views are beautiful from the rooms, provided that you ask for rooms with a view

We chose JW Marriott Mussoorie for our 3 day stay as it came highly recommended from family and friends. As soon as we checked in we quickly realized why everyone insisted that we stay at this beautiful property. Our meals were customized to our taste. Shubham hosted us to a beautiful Japanese dinner followed by the traditional gharwali thali. Chef Anoop made sure that our meals were more than perfect. Special mention to shiva who’s the F&B manager and Neha, they made our stay memorable. We will definitely be back and stay there longer.
