Corporation Bank

Corporation Bank has been merged with Union bank of india. Excellent service by the Branch Manager and all the staff members. This Bank Branch is located on the main Road in Akshay Nagar.

Merged corporation bank with union bank and Andhra Bank...so corporation bank renamed with a union bank of India...saving bank slary bank FD Rd gold loan etc..I recommend it

Only ATM i ever found always working in this area.

Useful branch of Corporation bank. Not relevant for other bank customers

New staff has made the branch worse ,forsome security reason i have change the name in debit card but she ignore to give the card when she saw my mobapps ,being a staff her duty is to check parcel name in the debit not what name inside my debitcard so unprofessional ,the simple reason i order online debitcard,staff are not available on counter in needed .now i have blocked the new debitcard also ,hope she check card from outside (SIDHANT THAPA) AND MAKE BHELPURI of that card and paper , and sure come on Monday to close the account too

They seldom attend the phone calls. They hardly reply to your emails for the complaints booked.

I personally had been to the branch to raise a claim for 2 trivial amounts deducted from my account by my mistake. I was given the corresponding complaint numbers and asked to follow up by email or call.
I have tried following up multiple times , yet never attended the calls or replied to the emails.
I don't know if they believe they are accountable only if the customer walks in to the branch.

It is very disappointing to see all the public sector companies providing pathetic customer support.
