Worst service... The concerned technician( he is not a technician is a sales man : Uppala Venkata Gopi ) as know proper knowledge but he recommended product for sales. He has sold Aqua filter Rs. 1850/- but it original price Rs. 800/- and it is not IFB product. I am not recommended this service point

Worst service coordination n execution, they are more concentrated on the up sale of add-ons stabilizers and filters for washing machines.
I'm following up with them from past 2 months 2 service executes visited my home , none of them were able to start my dead machine (less than a year old) .
Still issue is not resolved.
None of them were concerned about the customer issue , focused on the add on upsale .
