Sri Amareswara Swamy Vari Devasthanam

Very very holy place. The temple has many small temples around the main shrine.
Someswara swamy, Ganapathi, Kala Bhairav, Shanmukha, Shaniwaar, Chandikeswara temples are there around the main shrine.
The main deity was very long of about 15 feet.
The pujari goes up to next floor to perform abhishekam to the shiva lingam!

A very ancient amaralingeswara temple, not popularised very well by the local government. The shivalinga appears to be about 6 feet tall mounted on a large granite platform, lighted by traditional oil wick lamps provided a very spiritual experience. Lord amaralingeswara is accompanied by maa balachamundeshwari, someshwara, and many other temples dedicated to various deities . Located on the banks of river Krishna one can have a holy bath also before venturing into the sanctum sanctorum of lord amaralingeswara.

All facilities better but speedbreaker added on turning road. Also displays for bus stand board..

Which is placed in Gunturu Amaravathi. Very ancient place and lot of devotees are visiting this place. Famous for Lord Siva.

It’s a special temple. It’s so spacious. There is Godavari nearby. Bus facility is good. There is free food service which is quite good.

Divine place located at the banks of river Krishna. A must visit temple both for the devotees and for the nature lover who would love to see the flow of river Krishna. For a quick dharshan 50 rs tickets can be availed.

Very spacious, calm, peaceful and pleasant temple. You can spend all day here. There were so many small temples all around the main temple. You can see Krishna River just outside the temple which is very scenic. You can have bath, swim and you can do boating (small fishing boats) here.

One of the oldest and beautiful temple among pancharamas. Its a big and powerful temple. located beside the krishna river. We can take bath and go for darshanam. But be careful while going for bath. Paid clock room available. Ample parking space available. Entry ticket is 10/- for parking. Need to improve the maintainence.

Great temple , but better visited during non festive season, you cannot even visit all the prakaras during kartika Masam and sivaratri time. During other times, it is a great place, very serene and peaceful. A trip down the history as it is one of the oldest temples that is maintained decently in AP.

Was really good...no waiting for durshanam.....and the best part is that we can stay in front of the idol for some time....the idol was beautifully covered with gold....we can even have a view of the Krishna river.....the view was captivating.....overall the visit was Worth it....

It's a nice temple with full of garden, near by river Krishna ,pleasant place to watch beautiful nature, boats will be available go cross river Krishna nearby temple surroundings, temple timings -8am to1pm except Sundays 12pm, sri amareswara lungs is growing towards sky where poojari has to do abhishekham etc from 1 floor above pilgrimists, it's beautiful and elegant to see colours of nature of the place, very lucky to visit this area, road facilities forthis area from Guntur is very nice apart from amaravathi to Vijayawada. Ammavari Gudil also located in this place, Archana is going as per covid protective ways and even poojari is woring face mask doing all the traditional pooja all the time. Good natured people in and around temple, even office staff of temple were very kind and humble.parking place is very vast outside temple, from where two ways to enter into temple -one is from direct main road, other is from side. Of river Krishna. Parking chargers -40/-. Shops will be available nearby for cool drinks, water, snacks etc, well maintained pilgrim place.
