Bank employees are good ,some what better than other banks up to some extent, overall satisfied with their service thank you SBI for maintaining services correctly.
one thing is tensed one never sbi will have empty queue at least there will minimum 5 people whenever it may be 😂

I have had an wonderful experience at specialised Nri branch Varanasi , Smt Kirti Chowdhary has given me a wonderful service. Being from service industry I know the importance of that.
