The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I felt safe and cared for throughout my stay. The entire team, from the receptionists to the specialists, showed genuine concern for my health and recovery.

We met with Dr. Vetri for complete knee surgery for my father. He was very considerate and listen to our concerns. He discussed the procedure in detail and answered our questions patiently. My father is feeling much better after the treatment.

The hospital staff and nurse are courteous and very helpful. The facility is very comfortable and advanced!

I met accident at Pune. I have distal humerus fracture with radial injuries. I have been operated at one private accidental private hospital at Telegaon, Pune. They have operated with some K. Wire. They told that you will wait for one or two months with folding of elbow. But, they have not discussed about my injury and they what to do in my hand.
After some relief, I immediately report to chennai through Air and meet Dr. Sundaresan, Parvathy Hospital. He told me softly that this type of operation was made with boys. But, your case is 50-50 chances for joining of bones. After that you will require to treatment s for joint pain i. e physiotherapy. Lastly, he advised to me that recently you meet one operation, you decide after one week for another operation.
After one week, I admit in Parvathy Hospital and meet Dr. Mithun. He is very nice person and very softly explain me my injury and he what to do in my injury and also explain previous operation made by whatever situation.
After, I am going to operation theatre Dr. Mithun fully explained to my wife for not afraid for anything. It is very great duty of this hospital.
After completion of operation Dr. Mithun once again explain me about he what to do. After 4 days operation, I feel that I well and I recover shortly.
The hospital explanation procedure is very soft nature and thay have not compelled for anything and hospital staffs very co-operative and kind nature.

Excellent customer care. First time in so many years having done health checkup up in multiple states ,found overwhelming care taken for individual health overview and feedback. Religiously all relevant doctors interaction was there post the report received. Doctors time spend with individuals as personal time explaining the reality and precautions to be taken with medication.

Hospital is very good. Doctor and nurse are available anytime. But only one concern, some delay in response. If we asked anything, response is some delay. Other than nothing issue. I am coming here for my father knee replacement surgery on 11-Mar-2024, planning to discharge today. My father has high sugar, even though doctor helped lot. Doctor are very friendly. We check with Vetri doctor. He explained everything before operation.

Dr. Tamilvannan took care of my father and he being an expert in ortho, was highly professional, courteous in his approach. Thanks to Plastic Surgeon Dr. Narayanamurthy for his treatment on time and follow up consultations. Thanks to Dr.Vetri Kumar knee surgeon i admitted my mother in law for knee pain past 6 years .... I came to Parvathy hospital to visit dr. Vetri sir . He was explained very well in detail about the surgery .. surgery also and now my mother feel very relief pain now thanks to Vetri sir . The hospital facility and the way they treat the patients is very kind and good. Specially I would mention the Physiotherapy department. Doctor Saranya really helped me to get well within the mentioned time period and her way of treating the patients is really polite, unpainful and I felt more comfortable with her.
