Capital Honda - Authorized Honda Car Showroom

I am giving my Amaze car for service to this service centre for the last 2 years. The service is good and satisfactory. The service engineer Sugan was more responsive and accompanied me until the gate during car delivery after the service.

I preferred and give my car for service in the weekdays, so that there won’t be any rush like weekends. It may impact the quality of service during weekends.

One more note, you can ask for the cost
estimate after giving your car for service and check what is really needed and what is not needed before they start the service work. Optional ones are not required that cost you in 1000s..
For example, rat repellent may not require if there is no rat problem in your car parking. We can ask to remove it if you know this in the estimation.

I am sharing me happy experience of purchasing New Honda Amaze from Capital Honda, Meenambakkam Chennai
A month ago I went to Capital Honda to enquire about Honda Amaze. I was greeted by Satish Kumar - Customer care executive. Satish showed me two cars, one silver and pure white colour. Over the next one hours Satish answered all my queries very patiently and with all the details. I decided to go for pearl white colour. Satish explained me full details of the purchase process and convinced with good reasoning to add extended warranty, road side assistance and bumper to bumper insurance. Since this car is given from my company he initiated the purchase process the very next day. Over the month he continuously updated me the proceedings by continously interacting with my company and as promised on 21st September 22 the car reached Chennai from Honda plant in Rajasthan. He has put great effort to complete the insurance and registration process despite darara vacations in between. I am extremely happy that I took delivery of the car today. Everything was kept ready when I went to take delivery of the car
I would like to place on record my sincere appreciation to Satish Kumar for the excellent support he had given to a customer, his customer centricity and focus for providing highest customer satisfaction.
His dedication towards his work is truly commendable and deserves to be rewarded.
Also the staff at Capital Honda were always helpful, courteous and very hospitable.

First of all I would like to thank the sales person Sathish and Finance team person Balamanikandan for their kind approach and timely updates about process. The way they treat the customers and after sales response makes the Honda stand out of the crowd.
From my childhood I was always being a Honda fan boy, Honda is the king when it comes to comfortable car in budget. So, owning a Honda car is a feel good moment. I used to drive a sedan and Cross over SUV parallel, it helped me a lot to understand the real feel of comfort and confidence in driving a Sedan. Then I have decided, If I buy a car for me it would be definitely a sedan and that should be a Honda only because, like I said when it comes to comfort Honda is the King.
When it comes to purchase experience, Capital Honda and their employees made it as a pleasant one. Previously when we bought other brand vehicles the employee response and as a customer I felt like it’s a wrong decision that I chose this brand. I had a good purchase experience with capital Honda. They gave me a good walkthrough on all the features of the vehicle. I had enquired at few other brands/showrooms as well; comparatively the response at capital Honda was commendable. Dinesh Babu from sales team was always available to answer all the queries I had, he brought the test drive vehicle to my home twice upon my request. Transparency was maintained throughout the whole process and the car was delivered on the promised day without any hassle.

After a RTA, gave my vehicle for body shop work to this showroom and the work done was top notch.. The service advisor Mr Rajesh did an awesome work and went out of his way to help me out with the insurance claim..

Service is quick. Staff are courteous. Unplanned service costs are little on higher side, regular services are budget friendly. We casually visited the showroom in front too, the staff there welcomed us and explained this model year cars and specifications. Recommended to visit.

I would like to thank Capital Honda for their best service throughout the purchase of our new Honda City. Their entire environment was very welcoming and courteous! I would like to thank Sales person Mr.Dinesh for providing us excellent guidance and service by clarifying all our doubts and queries very patiently. We felt happy with his calm and composed nature in assisting us with all the variants of Honda City. Mainly he didn't force anything on us which every customer look for some space and he did that flawlessly. He also provided us a sense of trust in buying honda by clearly explaining in-depth details of the car interms of safety, customer preference etc. Later he explained others details such as insurance policies, warranty etc and provided us much clarity. He also provided very good guidance in choosing the car accessories by explaining both cons and pros which was very helpful to us. He made sure to provide undercoating protective layer. He gave tips to maintain the exterior properly. He arranged a test drive for us to get hands-on experience with automatic mode.

My car battery cable was damaged due to dog bite. Service engineer Mr. Ramalingam explained the problem clearly and the timeline required to solve the problem.
