My name is Nibir, I am writing from Bangladesh! In 2021 my father was diagnosed with liver cancer and then we Dr. Come to Rela Institute Hospital and Medical Center! Dr. Mohammad Rela Sir did the surgery of my father's liver cancer and my father is doing very well now by the grace of Allah! A few days ago, March 2024 we go for liver check up like 5th time, still my father's liver is healthy! Sumon Bhai, Mrs Pritika, Mrs Debo, Rakesh Bhai, Hardeefp, Nasren Apu, Farook Bhai, of International Patient Service of Rela Hospital are very helpful. Special thanks to Prof. Dr Mohammad Rela Sir who performed my father's liver cancer surgery and by the grace of Allah my father is doing very well now!

I am Md Masud Rana, I am from Bangladesh. My father is an Hepato Cellular Carcinoma (Last Stage of liver cancer) and then we Dr. Come to Rela Institute Hospital and Medical Center! One of the best multi speciality hospitals in chennai. The ambience is really good for a patient who is trying to recover. The service is excellent both for in-patients and OPs. Appoint booking is so easy through online and telephone process so you can skip queue. The Doctors are well talented and specialized in their domains.

I went for a master health check-up after a lot of research on where to go since I was scammed by a private scan center in Tambaram last year.

A 5 star rating is not enough as Rela has a separate setup for Master health checkup, and they have some world class amenities to back it up. It was an extremely satisfying experience as the staff (Madhan, Joy Libernik, and Jyotheswaran especially) were extremely polite and attended us with utmost care and attention. The testing rooms were tidy to perfection, and guess what? They gave us a complimentary breakfast as well!

The cost was also quite reasonable, nearly half less than the one where I was scammed last year. I would recommend having a master health checkup at least once a year at Rela (especially) since we don't know what's happening inside our body. (Leave aside all those movie punches, iykyk).

I would like to start with my own experience on the treatment plan designed by the professional team at Rela institute. We went through very hard times for my father condition who is diagnosed for liver transplant. After all hopes faded, Rela institute was the right place for a light at the end of the dark tunnel. We were well received by a team of translators who are well equipped with the knowledge of processes and procedures that we needed to go through for the transplantation operation. They guided us from day one, they were even considering themselves as brothers, friends and family members for caring about the patient. They managed everyday’s appointments with the right doctors and consultants. I would really thank the team for the 3 months time of care and looking after the patient and donor.
In addition, the Rela institute is very much advanced and willing to deal with almost all cases related to liver transplantation. Perhaps its the number one option worldwide for having the surgery. The team of doctors were very friendly and cooperative. They would follow up very closely with the patient to make sure he/ she is getting the right care and treatment. What i liked the most is that doctors are very experienced and would share all information about the patient with no hesitation only to make you know what you should do next.
The time of treatment took almost 3 months but we could overcome all the challenges with Rela teams who kept supporting and living your experience with you. I am very confident to say that it all went well till father did the transplant and got well. Many thanks to the international office who was our guide and supporter. Many thanks to the team of translators who have been helping and supporting.

Completely satisfied with the service provided at all places starting from entering the hospital, registration process, other formalities were clearly mentioned prior over email and in person, provided quality food and served as per our needs, all the doctors we met were polite and clearly explained the health conditions in native language. Our Bangladesh coordinator Pritika Shaw and Rakesh Kumar S helped us a lot for almost about the whole week from doctor appointment to checkup appointment. We consulted Prof. Mohamed Rela and Dr. Jasper Sandeep Rajasekar for my mother liver issue. They gave excellent care to my Mom at her treatment. Overall, it's a quality place for treating our health, and they provide the best care. We are overwhelmed!

I had unmatched experience in the hospital from a guard to Dr. Prof. Rela while taking treatment. I had the world's rarest LIVER AUTO TRANSPLANT surgery (finger counted cases in world history) performed by Dr. Prof. Rela and his team. Lobby, infra, restroom maintanence are excellent. Treatment and medicine charges are reasonable which even lower middle class can afford and final health reports are handed over immediately and sent as pdf file to mobile with detailed picturization. Overall, it's a quality place for treating our health, and they provide the best care. We are overwhelmed!

The operations team comprising of Dr.Kesavarajan (Sr. Oncologist & team) and the Nursing staff comprising of Priscilla & team enabled us to approach Mastectomy surgery on my mother with sheer confidence & comfort. The department of pet scan was helpful.There is a woman name gayitree, she was so humble and helpful for pet scan appointment to till complete the procedure.As a International patient it was satisfactory.Even though she was take caring the patient attended also .
