The service is very good.

Miss Pavithra who handles service bookings and extended warranty bookings is very very dynamic in her approach and quick to process all the queries.

Mr Stephen service advisor is too good.
Hope the company pays well and retains such good dynamic automobile experts.

Very prompt and comitted as the vehicle after service had an issue which was in fact too much for but Mr Stephen along with another service person came walking to reset the error.

Hats off to him.

I feel TAFE is improving by having such wonderful staff.

I recently had a phenomenal experience at Tefa, the car service center in Coimbatore. My car was displaying an emission indicator, causing concern while traveling from Hyderabad. The staff quickly identified the issue and expedited the repair, ensuring a prompt delivery. The team, especially Mr. Stephen, was exceptionally cooperative and friendly. They went above and beyond, even offering to send a technician to my location for assistance. Their dedication and efficiency made a stressful situation much more manageable. I highly recommend Tafe Access for their exceptional service and customer-oriented approach.

My new vehicle breakdown hello yesterday night my new vehicle just 40 km only Run but in the night time and in front of the banner that you reach leakage and inform to manager miss silver Lakshmi map I will direct Mr Gopal sir yesterday morning early morning visited spot and rectify immediately did the minor replacement small one wall only replacement working I am very satisfy about TATA Service thank you very good thank you

Last year I serviced my Tiago XZ+ for ABS sensors blinking in dashboard. Earlier service was done by Derik Tata, not even done water wash correctly. But in TAFE, they said they can clear this warning simply by water wash and it's gone as sensors starts accumulating dusts, it couldn't perform. So TAFE cleared dusts and ABS sensor started working perfectly. Good service and time is bit taken but it's worth the quality.

More than service, serving to humanity is much more important. I personally had an emergency experience, where I met an accident on a heavy rain day with my pregnant wife.
As soon as I posted the info to TAL customer service, Mr.Gopal attended and dropped us to hospital in few mins directly to labor ward in a peak covid situation.
I would like to share my heartful thanks to team TAL Emergency service and specially to Mr.Gopal for his commitment and support.

Good service. But need more parking space.

Company is legendary. Has good staff. Can groom them to be a bit more professional; offices can be a bit more neat. The seniors shall visit the location more frequently.

Excellent service provided to my NEXON XM (P) by service engineer Mr. Ramkumar. Due to my unexpected leave, suddenly i have decided to service my vehicle on the 5th of this month. On that day Tafe Access has a heavy load since my vehicle has admitted for service with the help of Mrs. Kokhila. Whenever my vehicle is due for service, she informs me and reminds me correctly. Also Modern technical facilities are available at the service centre being one of the biggest service centre. Due to Great technical knowledge of the service engineer a fault in 6th gear has been pointed out and subsequently action has been taken accordingly. All the staff of Tafe Access are working sincerely with high responsibility especially Mr. Ramkumar. He mainly focuses on the satisfaction of the customers. He is one of the GIFT of Tafe Access. Thank you Tafe and everyone of them.

Tafe is a customer friendly place equipped with awesome troubleshooting team. Especially Service Engineer Mr. Ramkumar keeps you updated about the status of the vehicle . He was flexible about the customer queries , explains the issue in detail to customer as well delivers the vehicle in time . I have done all my service for my Tata Nexon with Tafe service centre . Keep up the good work.

I was reading all low rated comments and couldn’t understand what could be wrong?
I was believing on Tata Products and it didn’t disappoint me. Starting from Sales to Service. The core discipline of Coimbatore origin was felt. The way they welcome and respect the customers.
Never seen the body shop or the service area empty or lesser vehicle’s.
Supervisor does their job perfectly and the worker’s does their job duly.
Yes might be some aware it’s a simple work but they might be practically aware of the other symptoms which could lead into multiple troubles.
Delay in service is totally acceptable if the quality of service is provided.

In that case I have other German brand vehicle to where the service delay is huge but the service Center is superclass and those expenditures will be on your delivery bills😅.

Tafe Acess Ltd.. They are the best in Tata Motors Customer Support, and they have the best service team Members. Particularly Mr. Joshua from the support team and Mr. Albert from the Advisor team, their response time and handling the issues i am very much happy.

So far service at TAFE for my Nexon has been very good; they have a lot of experience over many years servicing TATA passenger vehicles; Joshua at TAFE is exceptional in engine work, engine servicing and has a lot years of valuable experience; thanks to Tafe, Joshua and his team for helping to keep my Nexon in good condition!!

It was my first experience, that I could see and aware my vehicle's problems. They took me to the workshop and explained everything with tentative estimate. After finished all works we engaged with trial ride and checked present condition... Good job, keep it up.....

Well laid-out, spacious. I have had the experience of an excellent marketing executive, Mr Rangarajan who was not only quite pleasant but also technically competent to provide good explanation and answers to all my questions patiently.

It was a Pongal holiday. While coming from Ooty, my Nexon shows DPF and engine warning signs. The vehicle is not going more than 1000 RPM and is kind of stuck in the middle of the highway. I called the TATA RA, but due to the holiday and weekend, all are closed. Also, the time is around night 8 PM. Finally, this service centre came to the rescue. The technician on leave came from his home and spent two hours fixing the issue—big hats to the management.
