I didn't expect this type of behaviour from the staff of so reputed Medplus
I like to give 0 for my experience but no zero is available
Very bad experience, I will surely suggest my friends and family friends n relatives not to visit IBM Medplus
Staff very rude especially the lady staff, not considering customers as humans, don't know how to talk with the customers, very arrogant, on the other hand yelling on the customers and saying if like to take OK if not f--------f, don't care if you don't visit again
Hope proper care will be taken regarding this matter by the Medplus authorities
