Extremely satisfied with the services extended to me , though I didnt expected from a public institution , wish they increase the staff especially at SB counter.

1. There is no reception as such , but the personnel at the counter is always ready to help the customer and properly guide to the concerned section / Department.

2. Hats off to the person at SAVING Counter , Mr Jayaraj most efficient , customer friendly staff nonetheless he guided me step by step in opening of SB , MIS and TD account , noticed he seldom sits free and is always busy with customer , appreciate his patience

3. I visited the place twice and on both occasions i found Mr Jayaraj the only person handling , Passbook Entry , Withdrawal , Deposit , MIS , RD and TD , So these leads to queue and long waiting period. Wish they increase the staff at SB counter as the seat near him always VACANT.

4. Please visit during the opening hours , there would be less rush as such you will be able to finish of earlier without being in queue.

5. I found both Post Master and Deputy Post Master both approachable.
