Naagappara

Must visit place if you want to lose yourself inside nature. All you see around is wood and green. You can listen to birds chirping and the sound of gentle wind. When it's about to rain, the place will scare you because it's literally a tiny forest. When it rains, the place is heaven. And don't miss the sunset which is very lit. In order to walk into the area which is not the common way, you need to take some effort as the ground is covered with layers of dry leaves.

Such a scenic place. Must add in your bucket list!

Amazing place... Need more government attention (21/8/2019)

I wrote the first review 2 years back and now I am very happy to write the review again. When I wrote the first review the place wasn't noticed by the people and only a few people went to there. But when I visited the place last day I was really excited and happy. The place got known by many people and in the evenings lots of people are coming to there.
Also there's a small stationary shop started there. In the shop water... Juices and chips are available. Since many people are coming to there, don't spoil the beauty of the place by throwing the food waste there. It's a very good place for spending time in the evenings with both friends and families.

A place to visit in the evenings .. The peoples from the surrounding areas are also just starting to know this place .. So the environmental pollution is very low .. Don't expect anything more .. A place to go and sit in peace .. Can spend time with family and small kids.. there is also a small stream for children to play, but be careful not to slip on the rock

It's a good spot to spend evenings (4-6pm).Hidden deep inside the rubber forests and easy access with good roads till the end.Carry water, if it's sunny.If it's rainy careful while you walk down.

Fantastic place for a fine evening! Good quality road is available till the entrance (500m distance to be covered by walk). Cars can be parked in the sideways since the road ends there.

Caressing the western border of the ponthenpuzha forest lies the mighty rock of Nagappara. This area is extremely beautiful and easy to access with an excellent road till the entrance. Just park your vehicle, enter the forest and turn right to witness the majesty of the rock & the view it offers. Just make sure not to litter the surroundings.

Must visit place during raining season. A humble note to visitors,please don't loiter with plastic covers and bottles, please act responsibly ( the place is clean but plastics are found here and there)

A good weekend chill place

Nagappara is a tourist place located in Nirmala puram, 2 kilometer from Maramkulam Junction ( Chungappara - Perumpetty Road). Car will reach 300 mtr away from the location . Road is good, which is constructed with PM fund .

We have visited there by 4 in the evening and Sunset view is awesome. I think Morning view with fog may give better experience.

As here the lighting is awesome, so even the phone cam give very high quality photos.

It is a very neat and clean place, who all are going there please avoid bringing plastic there.

If you want to experience forest just go here. Such a beautiful place. Unfortunately people are dumping so much waste over here.

Absolutely stunning property, I saw peacock dancing in rain for the first time, fresh water lakes and best of all free entry. Hope tourism department maintains its beauty.
