Good cooperation and good service

Sitting area is OK but token system is complaint over several months it's not repaired yet sometimes only one counter is open for teller but it's okey everything is fine .

ICICI Bank is a very good bank, in my opinion, better than all other banks I've used. However, the service was very poor when I visited to open a second bank account and inquire about health insurance and ICICI Direct. It seemed like they assumed I couldn't maintain another bank account and didn't provide the assistance I needed. The staff and branch manager were completely unhelpful. If such staff continues in ICICI Bank, it may hinder the bank's growth. 23/12/2023 11:02 PM

Poor customer service in this branch , they took almost 1 hr to issue DD for which i have submitted cheque also. They were not even busy . They simply took some extra time by attending personal calls and texts. There was hardly 2 customers in that branch at that time. I dont understand why they are taking so much time. Really bad experience

Stay away from ICICI; I'm going to close my Bank Account & Credit Card next month.

Why should you avoid ICICI?

1. They don't care about Kerala customers: There is no IVR language, Malayalam.

2. There is no toll-free number, and there is no way to contact the branch directly.

3. Most of the time, IVR keypad number clicks won't be registered and simply waste our money and time. Also, pathetic and useless voice commands!

4. Terrible customer support, very, very bad attitude from most of the support agents.

5. Most of the time they won't give you service requests so that they won't have proof of our complaints.

6. Crooked internet banking system. You can start any services via online, but for canceling something, you need to fight with them. For example, I easily upgraded to Sapphiro Debit Card via internet banking. But there is no way to downgrade to a regular debit card via internet banking, and you need to fight with them for the downgrade! The same happened for the Forex cards!

7. It's been more than a week I'm still fighting with them regarding my Inward Remittance Hold. No proper email response (All the reply is, "Hello Sir, I forward your response to the concerned team. No updates!). If we contact the NRI support, they don't know anything! All they know is our Service Request is open!

So, I decided to stay away from ICICI Bank. I recommend all my friends and family members to stay away from ICICI.

Pathetic service. I stood in line for 1 hr and got it. I want to know the details of my car loan. Gave my mobile number and told that loan is not there. Horrible service. He send me to loan department, then he gave me the loan number and I have to wait for another 1 hr to get into this bank. Soo horrible means horrible. Never take service from this bank . Never. They will ruin your life.

Net Banking is not working from last two days . i tried to contact the branch but the number provided is not working, no other ways to contact them. please help me , so make my net banking work properly or give a contact no so that i can call your branch.please solve the problem so that i can use netbanking for online payment

Official phone itself is not working. What a shame. I read few others have complained on the same and if they are not solving this then there is something fishy. Alert
