It is one of the best hospitals. While no one likes to be at hospitals, at times, it becomes a necessity, and a lot of times, the experience can be pretty rude. But things are different at this place. From doctors to nurses to housekeeping staff and even the billing processes function like a machine with a heart. Kudos to the nurses. They are caring, compassionate, and professionals. Overall, very happy with how they took care of my dad.

So our overall experience has been very good as we have always got all the care and attention and proper treatment, when I met DR shantala mam were pretty confident from the first consultation itself that we are in the right hands.

Visited doctor Kishore KS cardiologist for neck and shoulder radiating around chest pain and breathlessness, firstly the assistant doctor Athira had a friendly conversation and took me through a detailed examination both oral and other technical tests like TMT and Echo cardiac tests. Doctor reviewed the reports immediately and advised next steps. The entire team of doctor Kishore work seamlessly making the whole experience comfortable and caring.

My father is a regular patient for the same doctor and he has been life saviour to him aswell. If you are worried about any cardiac issues just blindly visit Kishore Sir and your problems are taken care very well.

Visited 5he hospital to consult Cardiologist Dr. Kishore. The experience I got was better than that of last time. The team of Co- ordinator and junior Doctor performed their job professionally, and the cardiologist,as is usual, devoted utmost care to get to know of my condition and change medicines. I strongly recommend this department of the hospital for any cardiology related issues.

Extremely well managed hospital. Doctors, helpers, guards are all polite and helpful. Staff were organize. Testing center was professional and results were provided on time. Doctor’s opinion worked for us. My family has been visiting this place for years and highly recommend this place.

She and her team advise you on the complete procedure and even after the surgery they explained on how we need to take care of health.. she took her 15 minutes patiently to explain on how a woman should take care of her health and well being. Which rarely doctors do now a days.

Both my parents have been consulting multiple doctors here and we have received nothing but excellent responses and results. Their diagnosis is quick and accurate. I had to admit my preschooler here for treatment as she had a respiratory issue. The pediatric department headed by Dr Raghunath C N did a wonderful job in treating my child. I was always informed ahead of the course of action. Dr Raghunath and his team of doctors (Harish, Sachin, Santosh and Vinuth) were very empathetic and always had us very calm and reassured. Post every visit we would be briefed and we never felt as if any information was withheld from us.

Our stay at the hospital was long due to the complexity of the issue, but all the staff from security, emergency care, reception, IP billing, Insurance desk, house keeping and coordinators were very helpful.

Shout out to the caregiver team of PICU who were very skilled and the caregiver team of special ward who were only a buzz away.

Today, I visited Sagar Hospital for a liver fibroscan. When I inquired about the CGHS rate for the test at the billing section, they advised me to speak with the PRO because the rate wasn't in the computer. After a brief wait, the receptionist came up a floor and asked for the test code. I contacted CGHS, obtained the code, and provided it. The receptionist updated the code, resolving my issue. Both Sowmya and Nethra assisted in resolving the problem. Overall, I prefer Sagar Hospital due to their friendly and helpful staff.

Good hospital with wide range of services. Consulted Dr.Kishore with cardiology department who was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

My brother recently admitted my mother, Smt S Muthulakshmi, at Sagar Hospital in Kumarswamy Layout, Bangalore due to breathing problems. I must commend the entire hospital staff, especially Dr. Vishwajeet, nurses, and attendants, for their excellent care. The hospitality and hygiene, including the tasty food provided, were remarkable. Grateful for the outstanding and caring attitude of the entire team.

I have done dental procedures here hy Dr. Shweta Mallya..they strictly adhere to the appointment timings.the procedures are done very gently and adequate care is taken. Staffs are panctual and very well behaved.

I had my delivery with gynecologist Shanthala mam, very humble and patience.. She personally guided in a smooth manner...mainly she will not prefer for any overdose or unnecessary medicines or for scanning...till my delivery she taken a good care and given nice advice and also I will be thankful for other doctors and nurses who taken good care till I discharge from the hospital.

I had admitted my mother for surgery of a gall stone. We were covered under the "CGHS" scheme. After many enquiries many hospitals were reluctant to admit her. However due to contact with one Mr.Prakash, this hospital accepted the same and admitted and done the surgery successfully. The doctor's in the hospital were very cordial and empathetic towards the patient. I am grateful for the services rendered by the hospital and particularly to Dr.Poornachandra , Dr.Vamshi krishna and Dr.Shivananda. special thanks to Mr. Ashsish, for making the process hassle free.

Undergone ovarian dermoid cyst surgery by Dr.shanthala mam and team on 28 th August...never knew surgery would be this easier..mam was very friendly which made me more comfortable..initial fear before meeting her was on peaks and when I met her with reports the way she explained us gave us more confidence..Recovery was very quick than expected.
