Come before sunset so you get to see different colors of Taj Mahal with the reflection of various sunlight. The garden itself is also very parky. Private vehicles are not allowed.

You can spend your quality time to refresh your mind and for entering here you have to take ticket from counter of 30rs or book e-ticket through online of 25rs by scanning bar code and you can simply enjoy your time with your loved ones. Lots of local birds in the garden. Less crowdy. Well maintained garden.

Recommended Visit if you are in Agra. Mehtab Bagh (also called. 'Moonlight Garden') is a charbagh complex in Agra, North India. It lies north of the Taj Mahal complex and the Agra Fort on the opposite side of the Yamuna River. The garden complex is perfectly aligned with the Taj Mahal on the opposite bank. During the rainy season, the ground becomes partially flooded. Beautiful and less crowded view of Tajmahal and not to miss the Birds all around. Must visit if you are a nature lover. You can even sit back and relax on ground and mesmerize the beauty of TajMahal.

Well maintained garden.we can sit in the garden for long time without any disturbance. Tickets was 25rs per head.no waiting line.Wheelchair accessible entrance is there.The garden is also called moon garden, as tajmahal is best seen during full moon from this garden.

This garden is located at the back side of Taj Mahal, across the Yamuna river and mostly people visit this place for the Taj View Point but there is more to it.
Shah Jahan wanted to make a Taj Mahal of Black marble for himself before he got imprisoned by his own son. The ADA has developed this garden is Mughal way. Its very beautiful calm and serene. There are many fruits trees. When we visited in March, it was shehtoot season, we plucked and ate so many reminiscing our childhoood. The ADA should start shehtoot plucking at Mehtab Bagh and it will be a big hit. You can cover this place with Itmad-Ud-Daula. They both lie across Yamuna river.

Nice I decided to visit it to see a different angle of Taj Mahal. The price to get inside the Mehtab Bagh for foreigners is 300 rupees, but if you want to just go straight to the view point, the price is only 50 rupees. Good to visit during sunrise and sunset. It's hot during 8am-4pm. Inside Mehtab Bagh would be just greens but you'll see peacocks as well. It's forbidden to go near the lake. You'll see the barrier anyway. The police are strict with that. Behind Taj Mahal, we can see full view of Taj mahal outer side. A pleasant Park with proper maintaining. Park entry fee is 35 per pax. You can enjoy the View of Taj mahal which with Yamuna river reflection.

Perfect place for Photography too. Please take care of plants, don't damage them.

Mehtab Bagh also called as a "Kala Taj Mahal", if u arrived in full moon time please visit Mehtab Bagh Taj View Point at 7pm to 11pm onwards, u will see exact night view moment as like inside from Taj Mahal. N ticket price is very low anyone can afford it 20rs ticket charge+ 10rs ADA charge. U don't need to pay 510rs to see night view inside from Taj Mahal..

The Royal view of The Tajmahal, comes from here. Generally nobody cimes here yo visit, so this place is good for those who doesn't want so much crowd. The garden ia royal by decor and spread in a huge landmass. This is the perfect picnic spot for couples and newlyweds. The main theme of this garden is Mughal, but the tree are present in the garden are truly Indian. The main art of this garden is Royal Mughal style. You can find multiple natural corridors along with trees, that looks perfect. The outside of the Garden is also wonderful. To reaching this, you need to book an auto and ride directly. The roads of Agra is quite nostalgic. Various Temples, mosques and grounds comes by way. There are Banyan, Pakad, Peepal and Mango treees in the garden. The breeze feels so charasmatic and calm that you feel relax in no time. From the backside of the ground, you see the marvelous view of The Tajmahal. The archiology of this garden is different. The border looks fantastic and astonishing at the same time. The bank of Yamuna is also visible. You can find various spot to hangout in this garden. A ready to go destination for all tourists and couples.

Pro tip:- You need to hire your vehicle or it's better to visit this place from your own vehicle. The Uber- ola and local rickshaw either cancelled your booking or demand a very high price.

Garden was not maintained, But definitely a good view of Taj Mahal. Nice place for a photoshoot as this place was not that crowded and nice backdrop of Taj Mahal. You’ll have to buy online ticket here. Some small stalls are also there outside the garden to buy cold drinks or packet food.

Hailing for the city of Taj, I've been to this place quite a few times before this pandemic. Went here today on cycle and upon reaching only I got to know that it's not open for public still coz of Covid-19. Still managed to reach quite close to the garden and had few clicks of the beauty "The Taj Mahal".

As a tourist it's a must visit place as one can spot the Taj at a stone throw distance just a cross the river Yamuna.

As the garden is closed one can only walk around the garden and as of now the timing for opening the gates are 10am to 5pm. It is still a good spot to glare at the Taj.

Hope things get normal and the tourist can visit this place as a whole.

Great views of the Taj Mahal yet virtually no one comes here. Which is a good thing in my book if you want to enjoy it without all the crowds.

Loved this place visited many times while cycling early morning very nominal entry fee (₹20/person) also u get to see The Taj Mahal Peacefully without any crowd ,queue , checking , tourist guide etc.....
