Dhammapada verse 119-120:

pāpo'pi passati bhadraṃ yāva pāpaṃ na paccati |
yadā ca paccati pāpaṃ atha pāpo pāpāni passati || 119 ||
bhadro'pi passati pāpaṃ yāva bhadraṃ na paccati |
yadā ca paccati bhadraṃ atha bhadro bhadrāni passati || 120 ||

119. As long as evil ripens not even the evil one goodness knows, but when the evil ripens then that person evil knows.

120. As long as goodness ripens not even the good one evil knows, but when the goodness ripens then that person knows the good.

Beautifully preserved and a pleasure to visit. Lush green lawns, surrounded by giant trees and well laid out paths. Full credit to ASI for its immaculate preservation and upkeep.
A must for anyone interested in Buddha or Buddhism.

Very very serene place where the Buddha has spent 24 monsoons. Archeological Survey of India has maintained the site well. Significance of many of the votive stupas is still unclear it seems. For anybody in UP a must visit place. For all Buddhists probably most important site after the first 4 places.

Jetavana Vihar !
It is one of the most famous Buddhist Vihar in India. It is supposed that Buddha spent there almost 100 months (only rainy seasons) of his life. One of his patron Anathapindika donated this Vihar to him.
Feeling enthusiastic, peaceful and motivated by roaming there.
Apart from this beautiful Vihar, The Burmese Buddhist temple and The Thailandian Buddhist Temple are the center of attraction.
Feeling grateful to be there and appealing to others must go there it will be worthful to you in terms of money and time.😊😊

Its a type of monestry in 5th century in which mahatma bhudh was lived,,,, this place was denoted by king जेत to monks... anthpindak invited mahatma bhudh to jetvan and he preaches the world to live in peace...... this place was buried beneth the earth , archaeological survey of india discoverd this place and opened this for public.. here u can see the relic of monestry which was build during the era of kushan's, guptas's... very peace full., greenery is all around.... one of the most mesmerising thing is the 'well' which was build during the 2nd centuary and still working.... thanks for ur time.
