Rooms with banquet area are so good. And clean.

Behaviour of all staffs are good especially manager are so disciplined.

Best hotel of Balrampur. Food quality is simply best and staff are polite and we'll behaved. Tarrif also is very cost effective and rooms are spacious, perfectly clean and odour free. Overall my experience with their hospitality was decent.

Best hotel in Balrampur, nice staff, good service. Only problem I faced here is hot water not came in the bathroom for 2 days. But, staff provided the hot water in the bucket for bathing. except that I had a pleasant stay.

Best place to stay in Balrampur. Having all basic and luxury amenities.

It has restaurant with name Annapurna. Food is really good in taste. We had it's Delight Thali. Quantity and quality was really good. Top on it is Pure Veg restaurant.

Had organised a conference and was really pleased by the service. The food was great and the staff was very co-operative and humble. Will surely make it to the next time. Warm Regards!
