Heartland Munnar

Well maintained property with decent amenities for families. Good food with great level of hospitality from all their staffs. Spacious rooms with pleasing views on to the valley. Overall it was an enjoyable and relaxing vacation at (Aveda mountain and mist) Can't forget to mention All the housekeeping and restaurant members for buffet breakfasts and promptly response and evening complementary tea and snacks.
We enjoyed burnfire for 2 nights upon request and the climate is good last but not the least the infinity pool was awesome.

Note: excluding buffet Breakfast (which is included in Room) food for lunch and dinner menu is not at all pocket friendly it's dam costly and can't effort a tourist or a family ( one single roti is cost around 158 rupee)

Heartland provides a comfortable and cozy stay. Located atop a hill, with a beautiful view of the valleys, it offers all the luxuries and comforts you need on a vacation.

The food is really top notch and the chef will customise to your taste. The facilities are clean and top notch. Kudos to the housekeeping and support staff for providing excellent service.

Rooms are well furnished with comfortable beds and clean sheets. Wifi and smart TVs included for some nice entertainment.

Great stay, great experience. 10/10 would visit again and recommend.

It was a great experience we had at Heartland Munnar. Right from the beginning they showed very good hospitality. Also If you were to drive to the resort call them ahead and get proper routes. The Google maps one is pretty dangerous and the resort doesn't recommend taking it.

Giving 5 stars because they helped me out for last minute booking, as The Lake View resort didn’t confirm the booking.

Good response at reception, he was very polite and helpful.

Restaurant staff was very good and polite. I request breakfast early and they agreed ti it.

Rooms are brand new, all are separate cottages. New property so restaurant is not fully open but more than enough menu to choose from. Breakfast was also good.

I was hesitant booking this as I booked through phone and reviews looked fake, and property looked away from town, but there are houses around. It was good experience overall.

Resort has amazing views and excellent environment. We had a relaxed stay. Tasty food and Amazing service. We booked valley view cabin ,room was well equipped and it has nice view from the balcony. we would love to book again.😊

It is one of the best resort near Munnar. Everything is fantastic. Rooms are well equipped. Great view from the rooms. A lot of space in the resort to walk. Will definitely come again.

Awesome Place with Peaceful environment....Rooms are maintained in good quality and staff's behavior also top class...The best part among all was the food, its really tasty and hygienic. We were stayed in double room villa with two families. Two of our team was kidney transplanted and they were prepared and served separate food for us. Lot of expansion works are going on there and as I talked to the manager lot of entertainment activities are under planning stage especially for families. It was a nice experience. Beautiful property and neat rooms..best and safe for family..we had a wonderful stay at Heart Land last Saturday..All the Staff are very friendly and good attitude..especially Mr Indrajit and Mr Ajmal..You guys are adorable..kudos to all team to treat us very comfortable. Last minute plan. But awesome and calm place. Just before munnar. Villa house , food ambience is all awesome. Staff is great Nishaad front desk and the GM Salim who were very helpful and made our stay wonderful.

Scenery is excellent, but the elevation slope is dangerous for elderly or small kids, if u slip & fall, u cannot stop urself till u roll to the bottom , there shld HV been a seperate walking pathway with railing . The restaurant is kept at the top of the hill which means going up & down is a must, unless ur ok with alacarte to the room, but no soft drinks available at a vacation spot was odd, HV to come own vehicle to be able to go to town to buy every small thing, still under construction, swimming pool being built, so hopefully will rectify before completion

Had a overnight family stay at Heartland, we really enjoyed!
execially the climate, food and hygiene was amazing and the staff was really co-operative.
Had complimentary breakfast which was really tasty.

It was great experience staying in Heartland. Management and staff and very supportive and polite. It had all the amenities. It has a great view from balcony. Food quality is great.

Excellent staff.. Excellent quality.. a bit far from main city but very nice place to relax.. the only thing which needs improvement is Chapati..it was very bad 😛
