Good hotel in the Munnar which provides you good rooms and food. Hotel location is away from Munnar Town but worth to drive that distance.
They do serve food in rooms as well as you're restaurant. You can also have veg non veg buffet. Multiple type of birds cages are there for children to see.
Gardening is done very well in the hotel premises.

There are no other shops near hotel so you'll need to rely on your vehicle if you need anything from outside. Wifi signal in rooms is weak which should be improved. North India food can be improved.

Rooms are ok, But old. But the atmosphere is awesome. Especially when it rains. With birds and pathways, some upgrades will make this place beautiful. Prices are very affordable. Provided with breakfast. Overall I had a wonderful time

We stayed here for two days. Service is good. Rooms are also good. Especially the view and nature is really good. We had a great time here. Food must be improved. But, over-all it's good.

We had a 2 day stay at this hotel and it was simply outstanding. The room was very spacious and staff is very friendly and caring. The best person we met here was the Resort Manager Mr. Johnson, he was always there when needed. Our 4 year daughter was prescribed some antibiotics which needed to be kept under refrigeration and Mr. Johnson didn't just store them but also reminded us of feeding it to our daughter which was extra special. The buffet was awesome, service team and Manager were very helpful and were giving timely reminders about meal timings. The location of the hotel is really good where in one can experience the nature to the fullest. Good leaders build great team and I am sure Mr Johnson is on that mission. The security guy was very friendly & helpful. During rain he even offered us umbrella so we would not get wet and walk us until our room. A great thank you to the Resort Manager and the entire team for making our 1st stay in Kerala extra special despite being fully occupied.

An excellent view from the balcony of the room we stayed in. We can go to the Terrance of the rooms on the top. The view from there is superb. Especially if we go early in the morning. The placement of rooms is very good. They used the place very well. Placing of swings and birds in cages is awesome. We had an excellent stay here.
They communicated everyday in the morning and night about the dishes available for breakfast and buffet for supper through WhatsApp. Food is good in taste and quantity.
Room service is very good. Manager and Service boys were courteous in attending guests.

Don't have a single complaint about this hotel. The rooms were very neat and clean with very beautiful view balconies.. the food was nice, the staff service was amazing... the staff was smiley and polite and served with delight, the location was great, right next to the tea gardens,, not far from the munnar city, one of the best moments in all of our Kerala trip was this hotel. This hotel was so cozy and amazing..

It is a lovely location first of all every one are very friendly and understanding very helpful .
The manager Mr johnson very humble and pro active and always ready to help.

Food is lovely,ambience at the top,service 7 star i would say,locality perfect.I dont have any thing to say wrong bout them not a single thing.i would definetly come and stay here again.

This property is 8 km away from munnar town and have well maintained rooms and offer excellent service plus complementary breakfast. They serve lunch and dinner as well but i found it bit expensive. Its better to have it from outside restaurants.

Our family of 10 stayed at this amazing resort from December 17-20. The area is beautiful and the rooms are extremely clean and tidy. The staff is very helpful and you can call them anytime for assistance or even if you want a late night coffee. They also helped direct us to all of the attractions in the area. The food was delicious and we also had a couple of senior citizens who they took great care of and treated with utmost respect and patience. I would recommend staying here to anyone!
