Soul of Munnar is the best possible cab service you will find. Absolute gem of people run this service. Mr. Jelty is a very humble and prompt person. Always willing to help. We had hired the service from Kochin airport to Munnar and around Munnar. We were accompanied by Mr. Jolgy, who was the best person we could have asked for to take us around Munnar. He knew every nook and corner and guided as at every step where needed. If Munnar is to be represented by it's people there is no one better than Mr Jolgy and Mr Jelty. We ended up being not just his passengers but his friends, and he treated us as he would treat family. He even made sure we had delicious home cooked food and accommodated our every request. All I would say is, The Soul of Munnar is these people. I will 100% recommend them to anyone who wants to tour Munnar.

Had amazing ride from Munnar to Varkala with impromptu trip. We were given a nice car and Jolgy sir was amazing driver. He stopped at good restaurant where we had pretty good Kerala food. Awesome, Just awesome service, we booked randomly and it was last minute, but wasn't expecting this great of a service, we got "Jolgy" as our cab ride and he is as good as your imagination can go, we have our pet dog Brownie, we asked them and they told its not a problem and believe me "Jolgy" became like best friends with our Brownie and also took care of him when we visited certain places where pets were not allowed, and also he was very knowledgebale about the places and everything, I am really happy and satisfied with "Soul of Munnar" service and "Jolgy"(He is like the best guide of Munnar). Gracious, polite and top notch customer service! Despite a mistake on my part to give wrong dates, Jelty (proprietor) arranged a jeep for us on an hours notice. What could have been a disappointing day turned into a very pleasant 2-day sight seeing trip. Our drivers Jittu and Twins did not mind us asking for the occasional stop for breakfast or photo. With their help we were able to sight see the things we wanted to in Munnar. Their quote wasn’t the cheapest I received when I was shopping around, but I went with the reviews. I am glad I did and I would recommend them 5/5.
