Chimmini Dam

Excellent place to spend time with family and friends. Reservoir view near park can help you spend hours in evening and morning having nice wind and natural beauty. Sometimes elephants will be on the otherside of the reservoir to drink water. Better to leave by 5:30pm, I would say, since elephants will be on the roads. This is a place I would like to come back for sure.

Chimmini Dam is an absolute gem nestled in the heart of Thrissur. I had the most enchanting experience visiting this place. Its a perfect destination for nature lovers like me. The kuttavanchi Safari on the reservoir was a delightful adventure.
