An excellent place for workout both for ladies and gents. All the gym instructors here are well trained and the gym too is well equipped with all necessary equipments.

New gym in vadakkencherry, Palakkad. Opposite to town bus stand, top floor of the shopping complex. They have 3 experienced trainers. Separate sections for ladies. Fee starting from 400 per month. Long term offers are avilable like 2300 for three months instead of 3000.
Overall good atmosphere.
