It's an amazing theatre.. capacity is around 200.. because of corona seating is perfectly aligned and now theatre will occupy around100 people at a time.. seating is arranged perfectly, perfect height and distance maintained between each row. One most important feature is its screen.. it's a big one.. you can enjoy the movie with great ambience. Snacks and ice cream are of extremely good quality. Parking space also available. Cleaning is also well maintained. After every show the staffs will clean the theatre.
I really loved it.

A decent cinema hall with a good projection and sound systems. In a village like Mayannur, the cinema experience was beyond expectations. Seating is limited. Restrooms and Canteens are pretty good. Parking is also not bad. Overall experience is really great.

Pros: Well seating arrangement, Good Cafeteria, Wide screen.
Cons: Parking facility could be extended for the smooth Peking for the visitors,
Sound quality could be improved.

Comparing to the cinemas in metro cities, this one is a gem.

First time I saw a theatre with an exciting water stream inside the auditorium. Bit far from the Ottapalam town. But, it is neat and clean with sufficient parking facility. Two screens are present. Seating capacity is average.

Both are Small screens but the sound experience is 👍

Small theatre with new mode

This theatre is new in and around ottapalam. The theatre has multiple screens and all those screens are releasing theatre too. These screens are small like 150 seats per screen. The environment of dreamax is perfect to watch a movie. One dis advantage is will be the parking. Though there is parking lot provided for bikes and cars, if all screens are full then there will be traffic there in and around dreamax.
