Builda Park inn

I stayed in Builda Park Inn with my family. Rooms are well maintained and the ambience is very clean. Food was amazing & tasty, however service needs improvement.

Swimming pool needs more attention by the management as it was not well maintained.

Overall had a good stay and highly recommended.

This is a wonderful hotel with very polite staff and good ambience. Neat and clean. Well maintained.

Very nice and calm place to stay About 4 times i stayed in Builda park inn at different month, its very happy to say that they are still maintining their cleaness and neatness in their rooms, washrooms , swimming pool, restaurant etc ... i liked their facilities like gym, home theatre , cafe . The services and behaviour of staff are also very good. Whenever i check out from there usually feel worth . Keep maintain ur services like this .

Our stay at builda parkin was a delightful experience. We were extremely pleased to find a such a well maintained hotel in Ottapalam. Every member of their staff was so courteous and well behaved. The space has been desinged in a simple but elegant manner and a great deal of thought has gone into creating this space. We stayed in one of their suites and it was more a spacious apartment than a room. In addition to a living and dining area, the suite came with 2 spacious bedroom and an additonal kitchenette. The rooms were kept spic and span, the linen was clean and fresh.

The room service and restaurant menus were limited as they had low occupancy. But whatever they served was fresh and tasty.

If you are looking at staying anywhere in and around Ottapalam, do not think twice. Builda parkin is the place to stay.

Ps: we wanted to visit ivormadom in thiruvilwamala, and had booked a hotel there through a travel app. On our arrival late night, we realized the hotel was a dusty mess. We called Builda well past midnight to check for room availability and they promptly agreed to make arrangements. Yes, it is close to a 20 min drive to ivormadom but it was completely worth it.

Great place to stay for family, clean and hygiene, attentive staff members. Highly recommend this place. Special thanks to GM Mr. Sivasanker for offering us at a good rate. It is a new property and good location and very good parking facility.

By far the best hotel in Ottapalm. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. SALMAN and Shaid have been true gentlemen and handled us and our guests very well. Recommend builda inn for stay and get together functions.

Lovely place.. good rooms..and the food was great. Food is served to inmates only.. later I heard that the place is well known among film people... I didn't see any but found lalettan's pic in their Gym in there...

Top presidential suites in and around Palakkad district. Never expected this service in this area. My fitness routine never took a break, gym schedule and the swim was amazing! Thanks to the management and team!
