Holiday Inn Agra Mg Road, an IHG Hotel

Excellent service. Very courteous staff. Nice and clean rooms. Dinner buffet was one of the best I have eaten. Good variety and very tasty. The staff in the restaurant was especially helpful and accommodated our food related requests by going out of their way. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet and is fair distance from the usual touristic places. Overall, highly recommended.

The hotel staff are very welcoming especially Kirti and Summit who offered exceptional service during breakfast in the cafe. We look forward to coming back into the cafe for another meal. Excellent choice of food available.

It is an exotic hotel with beautiful rooms. It is clean and very well maintained. I had breakfast in the hotel and there were several options. Food was fresh and tasty. Chef Gyan, Vijya and Nirmal are definitely few of the best chefs I’ve come across. I strongly recommend this hotel during a visit to Agra.

We’re staying at the Holiday Inn in Agra and were very pleased with the hotel staff. We especially appreciated the service that Renick and Dimple provided, which went above and beyond our expectations. The breakfast buffet was great and the service excellent. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

The breakfast buffet staff was very hospitable and friendly. The food selection was vast and felt like at home in states with a variety of both continental and desi dishes. Chef Ravi and Nirmal cooked the omelette and paratha to perfection quickly.

Front office desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond! From providing a heater in the room to requesting them to pick up medicine - they were quick to accommodate.

My one comment is that though customer service was great, it would be helpful to have more fluent English speaking staff for guests not fluent in Hindi.

Overall, they provided excellent customer service! My family and I were thoroughly pleased. I can say that this was the best hotel we stayed in after spending a few weeks in India for the price. Truly a gem :)

Dimple & mr Summit were very welcoming. Arjun our server was so wonderfully attentive and friendly. He really made us feel relaxed and looked after us perfectly

Great location. Close to major attractions. The main thing is the service - amazing!
The staff was very attentive and took care of my son who has a severe allergy to peanuts.
They ensured they notified me if any food had nuts and prepared separate meals - even the cooks remembered and help make separate items.
Overall best service I’ve had in India hands down. Special mention to Akeel, Satyendra and Shiraz for the impeccable service.

Very nice hotel and staff
During breakfast I really appreciated the executive chef's interaction with guests and it was crowded but they really took care of us. The service staff was also good. The buffet spread was nice , waffles were amazing.

Was a last minute decision to stay at this particular hotel and it was a great choice! We’re from Montreal, stayed in Agra for one night to visit the Taj Mahal. The hotel is not too far from the Taj and is in a somewhat quiet area. Sonal checked us in during our stay and was very professional. Breakfast if it is not included in your booking is going to be 800 rupees per person. Very expensive compared to other restaurants that have a traditional breakfast. If you’re looking for croissants, pastries, cappuccinos, the breakfast offered at this hotel is a good choice. But if you’re in India why not enjoy their traditional foods for half the cost elsewhere? The hotel was clean, friendly, and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

I have spent nearly 2 months at Holiday Inn Agra and I’m flattered by the hospitality and service, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Shantanu Singh, very generous and honorable gentleman, who runs the local shop offering marvelous handmade jewels and handcrafts, you should definitely visit the place and purchase his goods if you want to make your Indian memories unforgettable.

The best Front Office Manager EVER!

I recently had an amazing experience at the Agra Holiday Inn hotel, thanks to the best front office manager ever, Sonali. She went above and beyond to help me during my entire stay in Agra and beyond! Sonali embodies the essence of customer service and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction immediately upon checking in to the hotel. When I first arrived, I realized there was a mishap with my luggage and my laptop and personal belongings were still at the airport. Sonali sprang into action immediately. Due to the language barrier (I don’t speak Hindi), she personally accompanied me to the airport to retrieve my belongings. Her dedication and resourcefulness were truly commendable, and the only reason I was able to retrieve my bag!

Sonali didn’t stop at solving luggage woes. On her day off, she graciously planned a tour of the Taj Mahal, a lifelong dream, and searched for vegan food to ensure I had delicious meals. Her dedication and knowledge more than made up for my lost luggage “experience” and I was able to have a delightful day filled with sight-seeing.

Incredibly, as my onward journey to Delhi was imminent, in order to catch my flight back to the US - Sonali, spent her day off securing a train ticket for me, since all trains were full, and ensuring I reached the airport in New Delhi. She was so kind, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. She made me feel welcome and comfortable in a foreign country and her kindness was a lifeline. She is the epitome of customer service and hospitality.
