Friendly staff, everyone was always so helpful, from the spa, to reception, and the Concierge helping us arrange tours and transportation. Food was great too. There was always a nice variety. The room was very clean, as were the grounds and public areas. Loved the rooftop pool and Taj view.

Very luxuriously decorated hotel. Well appointed rooms. Nice restaurant with average food. The metro station probably spoiled the view out of rooms.

The service at this hotel was really good. Mr. Pradeep’s hospitality was amazing and so was the food. Will highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning on visiting Agra

Had one night to stay in agra just to visit the taj Mahal and I couldn't have stayed in a better hotel. It is moder and very clean. Friendly staff. The hotel room was big in comparison to other hotels. A big sofa and a working table with chair all strategically placed. Bed was comfortable and TV good sized and well placed. Well equipped mini bar. Bathroom was very clean and also had a bathtub. For dinner I ordered food and room servicr was quick and meal was hot. Breakfast buffet was lavish, no complaints. They even arrange taj Mahal tour with a guide. Will always chose this place if I come here again.

We went on 10th October booked 2 rooms. Nice welcome by staff. Excellent service and location. Well behaved friendly staff. Manager Mr. JAY is very nice and humble and helpful person. We like his behavior. Food fresh and Excellent. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner, all were Excellent. Room service very good ,clean rooms.Hotel has perfect value of money. Overall great experience. Luxury stay. Value of money. We will visit again.

First of all, the hotel has been renamed as Grand Mercure.
This place is an epitome of luxury. The hospitality is great. The housekeeping service is quick to respond to your queries and requirements.

Excellent services , Wonderfully trained staff, Good Security Network, A complete Place to call home, Decent accomodation, Total peace and serenity.

Really Bad, our room's toilet is not working.
No one comes and repairs.
Everyone told me 5 minutes, but we waited almost 1 hour.
AND! STILL! NO!ONE! COME!
After we argued with the front door, they agreed to change a room for us, but the room is still cleaned....... It's 8:30 PM. Shouldn't every room be OK at that time?????
They told us to wait 5 more minutes.
Guess what.
We still waiting for 10 minutes.....
After we finished our dinner, we finally got our new room......
10 p.m., we finally can take a rest.

Shilendra is a fantastic profesional and he is very honest. I pay a lot of money for a drink for a mistake and he told the correct price and give me the rest of the money. He is very good person

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Experience of status and food on the roof top was very much good and stay was comfort as per requirement.
Being an luxury hotel every one was polite.(Specially Mr.Manoj and Mr.chef Sandeep thankful to them).

The service was very good throughout the stay from the lobby to the rooftop. Manoj and Sandeep were very good waiter and chef at the rooftop grill. Good food however portions are big so don't order to much. Rooms were good but showed some age and damage. It was 97 deg at the rooftop at 9pm so be warned

Wonderful hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms, good services and fantastic local cuisine. Restaurant and pool on the roof (7th floor with Taj Mahal view... in the day). Absolutely recommended!!

Absolutely loved our stay. Breakfast buffet was awesome and the rooftop bar and pool area is immaculate and beautiful. The staff were all so professional, helpful and friendly. The foyer is spotless and our room was so quiet and clean. The bed was so huge with white crisp sheets. Faultless and couldn't recommend it more

The hotel is located fairly close to the Taj and the buffet in the hotel had a selection of food. Our room on the fifth floor had a view of the Taj Majal. In the buffet area everyone was very friendly. Two specific people that helped us during dinner were Faizan and Aditya. They were very helpful and got us everything we asked for. The buffet had a few Indian dishes and some international ones, a few more international dishes would have been great as some Indian dishes were very spicy. Overall, the attention was great.

We checked in for a two-plus-day family gathering. 24 persons, 12 rooms, from all over the place, including USA. Ages 9 to 92. Scored very high on full range of requirements - rooms in one wing, early check-in, wheelchair, concierge, room service, packed breakfast for early morning departures......
Rooftop pool well maintained and serviceable in Thanksgiving weekend.
They fired the Sky Grill for us, during off hours, on a single mention & prepped food at flash speed, in full public view.

Buffet at Lattice was gastronomic delight (in range of spread and flavors) throughout the stay; complete with special dietary requests and personal attention to all guests.
Best part was the efficient and courteous Staff: Doormen, bell hops, front desk, concierge, room guys, and especially the restaurant staff!
Rooms slightly cramped but everything else offsets it.
Parking is in dusty adjacent lot, with foot access to side entrance, a minor inconvenience.
Rapid urban sprawl has now blocked the view to Taj.
Their website sucks. Wonder how they can be so sloppy in this day and age. Guys, this is your premier marketing tool, your calling card. Wake-up.

If you have the chance to take the cooking class here, it’s a wonderful experience. We did and loved every minute, then also enjoyed a wonderful buffet lunch afterwards. Thank you to the chefs who explained the processes as well as tasting their delicious dishes. Their cakes are much cheaper than elsewhere too!

A truly delightful experience. Enjoyed dinner at the sky grill on the rooftop. Chef Santosh did an amazing job with cooking and the service delivered by Mr Manoj was magnificent. He was really cordial and punctual. Truly enjoyed it
