The temple is dedicated to Maa Kali, and is the biggest Maa kali Temple of Agra.

Saturday is the main day of the week where devotees come and play with the goddess and ask for her divine blessings.

Just near the temple there is this historic golgappe wala named by "sheetla gali ke golgappe" to relish the taste after visiting the temple.
