Courtyard by Marriott Agra

I went to Agra and spent the night to see the Taj Majal and "baby Taj" while on a business trip. I was delighted with the atmosphere and service at this hotel. The restaurant, Anise, was beautiful, with rose petal-strewn tables and traditional Indian music. The staff were very friendly and made me feel most welcome. The Indian food was outstanding, thanks to the chef Imran Khan, who also explained a lot to me about the cuisine and spices and was very friendly, as was the general manager. I also enjoyed the traditional puppet show in the lobby. An outstanding hotel stay, and the buffet breakfast was as good as the dinner. Thank you Chef Khan and all the staff!

Super convenient location to Taj Mahal, and staffs are amazing. They even brought a small cake for us during breakfast just to appreciate our loyalty with Marriott.
Room is nice and spacious, very clean and quiet. Really wished I had stayed longer with them.

I stayed at the hotel courtyard marriot for one day and I was very impressed by the service and amenities. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional, and they made me feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, with options for different dietary preferences. The location was convenient, close to the airport and the downtown area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay in the city.

The hotel is pretty great. Amazing rooms. Nicely spaced out. All modern amenities. The breakfast spread was incredible. Warm service and reception too. Only a few bathroom fittings seem old.

I would give this hotel, especially the staff 10 stars if I could. Being a global executive, I have had the privilege of staying in some of the best properties - but I found the level of hospitality at this property to be one of the very best. I had the opportunity to interact with the GM Saurabh Khanna and Front-Office Manager Mihir Diwedi and was so impressed with their zest for customer excellence. They really took customer service ethos to a whole new level and exemplify a level of professionalism that is unparalleled. These very ethos are cascaded through all the staff members of the hotel - be it room service, front office or the security/concierge staff. I keenly observed them going out of the way to offer a very “personal” experience to every client.

The property is very centrally located from various key tourist and shopping attractions. They do offer excellent advice on both! So avail that!!

The property is well run/managed. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The evening has a wonderful “Indian” touch with local/folk music, puppet show, etc.

I was really impressed with their suggestions on food, especially for those who want to imbibe the local Indian cuisine and are a bit health conscious.

I would highly encourage both the business and leisure traveller to enjoy the wonderful hospitality at this property.

Chef Sardar and Charan Ji were brilliant in their hospitality and service. We recommend the hotel l for your next Agra visit. Extremely hospitable staff and they even took perfect care in preparing food for our 2.5 year old son. The property is very good and facilities are superb.

In the middle of a week long stay, staff and service has been excellent. Special mention for Lotan in housekeeping who helped make our stay pleasant and clean.
Lastly, Chef Sardar Singh has been a pleasure at Momo restaurant with his great knowledge of local food and outgoing nature. He has given us great tasting food and suggested new items for us to try. 10/10

Courtyard is turning out to be a nice stay. The hotel is 2 km from the east gate of Taj mahal so it can be a nice morning walk. The room is big and clean. The room service is awesome. They are very responsive for quite a few things that we asked for. The checkin was pretty quick.

Swapnil, Dheerender and Charan at the morning buffet made us explore some of the freshly prepared dishes, jalebi was out of the world!! The morning breakfast is pretty awesome. Pretty wide variety of freshly prepared South Indian and North Indian dishes. Sardar ji, chef for morning kitchen approached each table in person and inquired about the food, so humble, what a royal experience!!

Their hospitality surpassed our expectations. The restaurant staff were extremely hospitable and we enjoyed the breakfast they made for us. The chefs came to the table to check personally if we enjoyed their preparation. The cleaning staff were great too. The front desk manager took care of us well by upgrading our rooms and it compensated for the initial trouble we had while checking in. The rooms were comfortable but they should look into changing the bathroom fixtures as they look very old. A remarkable stay

We planned a wedding in this hotel courtyard by marriot Agra.
Initially we were of the view that the quality of foods and services may not be upto the level of a 5 star category and due to space we have to cut short the event and entertainment programmes.

But to our surprises..
Not even a single complain for room services, cleanliness, security and food quality was raised by any of our guest.

The food was really awesome and tasty, the head chef and Mr anar the chef of our event was really standing on their toes to fulfill all requirements as per the event.

Special thanks to Mr Hemender who have made all arrangements related to other requirement from the hotel as he was the incharge of our programme for the wedding.

Mr subham and Mr Sangeet were the one who always were confident at the time of booking that you will remember your event and we will do all our best for the success of the wedding. And I salute to them that whatever was promised , it was on our platter properly garnished.

Mr Rajesh security incharge had put all his efforts to make sure that our rooms are secured.

Finally to summarise , the hotel is best suited for a destination wedding planning.

SPA especially was amazing, super professional, very well trained, great facilities and amazing variety of massages to choose from! Highly recommend it

We were delighted with our visit to the Courtyard Marriott. From rose petals on our bed for Valentine’s Day to the pool and workout room, we were in heaven. The breakfast was a highlight from pancakes to omelets … we were well taken care of by Sunny, Sahib, Charan and Lalit. We made fast friends with the executive chef Khem Raj Ghimray who does a great job of melding Indian and Western cuisine for a flawless dining experience. We also loved the decor which included large columns like the Acropolis’s of Greece. Mohit at the front desk took care of any issues and was delightful to chat and interact with. The travel desk was very helpful for our train tickets and Tour of the Taj with an excellent government guide. Dimitri and Dorie were very happy and even got to see weddings celebrations outside the front door with processions featuring the groom on a horse!

One of the best hotels were stayed in during our trip. Hospitality and service were excellent. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was very good, just somewhat expensive. The hotel has very nice and large rooms. There are always drivers outside and it is easy to get around to places such as the Taj Mahal. The hotel is very near both train stations and has a good surrounding area. Very nice hotel.

Hospitality is excellent. Food quality and service was good. Chef Sardar served us some excellent local dishes. Would recommend an stay at this place for family

I have Stayed in Courtyard by Marriot with my family from Feb 10 2024 to Feb 13 2024. It was wonderful Experience.

They have Good F&B Team. Head Chef "Khemraj" has build a fabulous Team of Chefs. During Morning Breakfast they Surprise you with some of delicacies of Agra which are not in Buffet. one day they surprised us with local Tea and next day they surprised us with Agra's famous "Bedai with Jaledi" Prepared by Chef Sardar. I will give this delight 10/10.

Anyone who wants to enjoy Authentic Mughlai Cuisine Must Enjoy Dinner at their Restaurant "Anise" . I can say that it is Best Restaurant in terms of Ambiance and Food. Chef Imran is managing this place very Well. I would say that Chef Imran is none other than Finest Chef in Agra. Some of Their Best Delights are :-
1.) Anise ki Dal Makhni
2.) Kachi Rasoi ka Murg
3.) Murg Korma
4.) Gosht ki Galawat

I would say that the hospitality given by courtyard by Marriot is nothing less then Paradise in Agra. Me and My family had wonderful experiance. I will be coming soon to Courtyard for more whenever i will visit Agra Again.

It's a 5 star property. Well maintained. The play area has a pool table which was great.

The team at the Marriott in Agra was amazing! We had a great service including top transfer services and the best guide so far in India to visit the Taj Mahal & red fort. The room was very clean and when needed requests were fastly responded to. The food was very delicious and the service team more than friendly. The only unfortunate happening were communication problems via message upon arrival when we needed help with an Uber driver - our advice is to better completely book transfers with the hotel :)

This hotel was an oasis in Agra! The hospitality was one of the best I've received, especially from Vimal, Lalit, and Chef Imran in the restaurants. The rooms were extremely comfortable.
