Taj Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Taj Convention Centre in Agra, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The bathrooms were spotless, a true testament to the hotel's commitment to cleanliness. As for the dining experience, both dinner and breakfast spread were exceptional. The variety and quality of food were top-notch, catering to every palate. Overall, I highly recommend the Taj Convention Centre for its impeccable amenities and delightful culinary offerings.

I would say a Impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel – a testament to their commitment to guest comfort and The in-room amenities were thoughtful and enhanced the overall experience. Great attention to safety measures, providing a secure and worry-free environment. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city. Delicious and diverse breakfast options – a delightful start to each day. Prompt and efficient room service, catering to every need with a smile and most of the good things that the decor and ambiance of the hotel exuded elegance and sophistication.

Possibly the best hotel we stayed at during our two weeks in India. Staff are super friendly and want to ensure you are enjoying your stay. Location is perfect for the Taj Mahal and other sites in Agra. Pool looked welcoming, although we did not use it. Rooms are a good standard.

Really really good experience. Everything was great. Try out the spa, so freaking relaxing.

But also one more thing to note, it is a hit and a miss for the kind of rooms you will get. Ours was good(another word, perfect), but our friends had mold in the bathroom and the air conditioner couldn't manage the humidity well. Just something to be mindful of.

Excellent property with easy access to Taj Mahal activities. The front desk staff is very efficient, kind, and helpful. The facility is spotless, and the rooms are stylish places to stay. I have a great old-time charm. I enjoy the meal, and the Taj Mahal view from the Sky Lounge is breathtaking. Nawab restaurant is a must-try.

My recent hotel stay was exceptional. Welcoming staff, seamless check-in, and a spotless, well- appointed room exceeded expectations. The attentive service, comfortable bed, and convenient location made for a delightful experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch hospitality, luxurious accommodations, and overall welcoming atmosphere.

A friend from Mumbai recommended the hotel to us and booked the room for us. We couldn't have received better advice! The hotel is incredible, very beautiful and clean. The sight is fantastic, both from the room and from the Sky Lounge, where you can see the Taj Mahal. All the food we had was delicious. Inside the hotel, there are several shops with souvenirs and quality local products at reasonable prices. But the best of all is undoubtedly the human team that makes everything work so wonderfully. We received a warm welcome and a pleasant explanation of all the services and how to use them. All our doubts and requests were resolved quickly and efficiently. Every member of the team, from cleaning staff to senior members, attended us with care and closeness. Whenever we return to Agra, Taj will definitely be where we stay.

It was a superb experience... We booked a room for 2 days, for my birthday... It was a really nice surprise they were giving me. We got our room decorated with balloons, they offered a yammy cheesecake for my birthday....The staff was really polite... It was an amazing experience with “The Taj” as usual… I must say. The whole staff is very very helpful, polite, cooperative. The service is excellent. Loved all the thoughtful gestures. This place was phenomenal!! When I was looking for lodging for when we were going to visit the Taj Mahal, I wanted to splurge a little and stay somewhere nice. This location was reasonably priced, for the higher end hotels in the area, but it was so much nicer than we had anticipated. We upgraded to the suite with Taj view and while it was still a little ways away, it could clearly be seen from both the living room and bedroom. When we arrived we were treated very well and greeted by all staff members. Check in was quick and we were shown to our rooms, where we were greeted with an amazing white chocolate replica of the Taj. We dined at the main restaurant and had late night drinks overlooking the city at the rooftop bar and lounge looking over the infinity edge pool. We only stayed one night so we're not able to try the spa or gym, but walked them and they looked nice. I would love to visit again and stay a few more nights next time.

This by far is the best stay we had hospitality wise. The staff is extremely courteous and genuinely helpful. A must go to if travelling with toddlers and small kids.

Exceptional service and stay at this lovely hotel in Agra. It was conveniently located, and had comfortable, spacious rooms. The staff at the hotel were very courteous and welcoming, right from the entry door until we checked out a day later. Decent buffet breakfast with local and continental food, lovely evening entertainment of puppet show, a narration of the story of how Taj Mahal came into being, followed by a rendition of a Kishore Kumar song, there was something for everyone. Would definitely recommend it.

We recently had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding anniversary with a luxurious stay at the Taj Hotel in Agra, and the experience was nothing short of enchanting. From the moment we stepped through the doors, Subrata's warm and welcoming demeanour set the tone for an unforgettable stay. His impeccable guest relations skills made us feel not just like guests, but like valued members of the Taj family. The highlight of our anniversary celebration was undoubtedly the breath-taking "Noor-e-Taj" show, meticulously organized by Subrata. The performance added a magical touch to our special day, leaving us in awe of the beauty and grandeur of the Taj Mahal.

Equally memorable was our visit to the hotel's spa, expertly managed by Amina and her team. Each of the five therapies we indulged in was a blissful experience, leaving us feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The attention to detail and personalized care provided by Amina and her staff truly made it one of the best spa experiences we've ever had. Special thanks to Mira and her colleagues for their warm hospitality.

Throughout our stay, Omveer and the dedicated housekeeping team ensured that our room was a haven of comfort and cleanliness. A special thanks to Rajat Piplani (Floor Incharge) as well. Their meticulous attention to detail did not go unnoticed and contributed to the overall sense of luxury and relaxation we experienced during our time at the hotel.

No review would be complete without mentioning the culinary delights offered at the hotel's breakfast and dinner buffet. The extensive selection of dishes, prepared with the utmost care and attention to flavour, was a gastronomic delight that left us eager to return for more.

In conclusion, our anniversary getaway at the Taj Hotel, Agra surpassed all expectations, thanks to the exceptional efforts of Subrata, Amina, Mira, Omveer, and the entire team. The stay was very nice. So was the staff, hospitality and the property. Luxury, end to end. Stay with Taj has always been great.
The property was very beautiful and the furniture, lobby and seating arrangement was very luxurious. Spent a lot of time just walking in the lobby and hanging in the lounge.

Subrata Bhattacharya - Gave a spectacular performance in the Show "Noor - E- Taj" presented in the hotel, giving an insight in the history of Taj Mahal, with light effects. A brief singing session by him as well on old Kishore songs was provided, which was set a pleasant mood.
Tanaya - Served us with tea in the lounge, with a pleasant smile.
