I randomly called this showroom as car I booked in noida had 4 months waiting. To my surprise car was delivered the next day of my booking. And from core of my heart I want to thank staff Dhruv Jain who is humble and great human. Dhruv Jain made sure that I am at my ease as I came from Noida to pick delivery. Kuddos to all the staff and specially Dhruv for his generous behaviour and efforts.

Have recently purchased Nexon Dark Edition. The journey to get hold on my Nexon started in April with just a query.

Akash being an amazing and the polite sales officer there, gave me a call, explained me in detail about the cost, and the waiting time. And then he had just kept me on a thinking zone without being pushy. He again gave me a call when the price hike was happening in May. It was his politeness that pulled me to the showroom where I was really convinced that I need Nexon for sure.

As the waiting period was huge and two months already passed, I never felt left out. The GM/SM there, Shalini Chowdhury has turned the tables around to get the car I badly needed, the dark edition. She and her entire staff, have treated me and my family with utmost care. It was really a customer-centric experience, each and every time I visited showroom starting from booking to the delivery.
