Mr Shanu was very good. Hè was polite. Hè made my Day good.
Waited for me. Correct timing. Brought me to Taj-Mahal and Agra ford. Brought me to a restaurant wich was cheap and best, Neede and clean. Good hygenic.
I Will recomend very much!!

My girlfriend and I met met Shanu outside Agra train station. He took us to see local sights such as Baby Taj Mahal and Agra fort. During the journey in-between sights he explained the history of the sights. Afterwards he took us for good food, and then brought us back to the hotel.

The next day he met us at our hotel and brought us to see some authentic marble inlay art, and my girlfriend to buy a Sari, then made sure we were at the train station on time for our train.
The service was very comfortable, safe and professional!

I met Shanu in front of the Agra Cantt Station. He approached me and made sure I went to the correct booth to get the prepaid service. He took me to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. No pressure at all. He and his driver waited for me outside each site. He even gave me tips for each site. Like to avoid the tourist traps like the unofficial guides out front. And also other things to avoid. Please use his services as he is a nice guy and very trustable.

My husband and I spent one day in Arga and we got excellent service from Shanu. We were lucky to meet him at the railway station, he helped us revise the plan to make the most out of the day, including visiting Baby Taj Mahal, Taj Mahal and Arga Fort, not to mention a local flower market, a few artisan shops where we could buy some unique and high quality Argan products back home, and a nice restaurant for lunch.

If it were not for Shanu, we wouldn’t had such wonderful experience in Arga and he is definitely among the best drivers I have ever met in India (having stayed here for 6+ months)

- Shanu speaks great English, friendly, proactive, down to earth, transparent, sincere, and responsible.
- He also charged the most reasonable price and we both felt he delivered wayyy more than what he charged us.
- When we had something to discuss or he wanted to share with us something about the culture or what to take care of, he would park the tuktuk to the side, stop driving and speak to us. I felt safe.
- His family have 7 generations in Arga so he knows the place really well and have nice stories to share. We learnt more about the local culture/ development.
- He advised us what to do and what to avoid, how to avoid certain services that we did not want to get into (once we entered the tourist sites), very clear and helpful instructions for our benefits.

We strongly recommend his service!!! You wont have to worry about the price, quality and communication.

Shanu gave us a great time in Agra without forcing us into anything. Would def recommend every Traveler to do a tour with him. We had a safe and great day. Thanks Shanu, our friend!

I have travelled to Agra along with my wife and sister. We randomly met Mr. Shani out of the Agra railway station. I must say that we were honoured to meet Shanu, by the end of the day.

Through the day, there were multiple times when I doubted the integrity of Mr. Shanu. But he had only one intention - that is to provide good service to us.

By the end of the day, there was a moment where we were unable to figure out how to reach back to Delhi as we had missed out on our bus and there were no train tickets available and cabs were also not available in plenty at that point of time. I was constantly losing my patience, I was changing my decision every minute. Mr. Shanu has remained very calm and patient and he just kept listening to me all the time. He did everything he could to support me and my family. He arranged train tickets to us as well in the end. I’m writing this review by sitting in the Shatabdi train back to Delhi at 9:42 PM, being thankful to having met him in Agra.

I have found Mr. Shanu as a great human being and very inspiring.

Shanu was the perfect host and guide to us throughout our 2 days in and around Agra. Nothing was too much trouble and we always felt safe with his driving, which is a major plus in Indian cities. Thanks Shanu for helping to make our trip so memorable.

Brother Shanu was a great tour guide and excellent driver, he took my mother and I around to many different sights for 2 days; starting from the train station and bringing us back to catch our next train. He is full of great insight and information and shares willingly and confidently. A genuinely good man! Great person with great morals and an optimistic outlook on life! We were lucky to have him as a guide for our few days in Amritsar and I would highly recommend his service and general company!

Awesome to have met this guy from Agra. Very nice, smart, calm. Knows the good places, helps you with not paying too much, drives super-safe. Cousin Khan is a tour guide, knows everything about the Taj. Fully recommend - just call them and they'll get you from the train station or airport.

We looked for a trustworthy taxi driver for sightseeing in Agra and transport to Jaipur. The challenge was, how could I get a trustworthy taxi service in Agra?
We decided to use a company which is near to at the railway station in Agra and which had good ratings on google. So we saw Sonam tour and it was a very good decision. The very friendly owner picked up us at the railway station in Agra. He organzised a very carful taxidriver Mr. Yunis Khan and a certified tourist guide. With both we were happy and absolutly satisfied. The offered price was a fair arrangement. We would always recommend this company for tourists, who see India by own initiative.

Excellent driver Shanu, and very helpful. He drove us the family to Fatehpur Sikri, helped set up other great experiences in Agra and at last took us to the airport . Shanu has good knowledge of Indian and local hisory, which is valuable for the curious traveller, and speaks very good English . His service is highly reccomended.

So just wanted to start with: it is not a scammer, so many things are in India. Shanu actually found us at the train station as taxi to the Take but we ended up hiring him for the rest of the day, great driver, good English, excellent guide. Plus we were able to leave our bags in his car while visiting the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. With so many scams around choosing Shanu was a great choice.

Had an amazing day. Was shown around all over Agra. As a single female western traveler I felt so safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful experience to visit taj mahal with my family of four members, from kerala on 9/12/2018. We were quite new but shanu bai our car driver was a very good and kind man. He helped us a lot in exploring agra and also suggested good south indian restaurants too. He can handle english well too.

Excellent service from start to finish! Took us to all the places we wanted to see ( Taj, fort and baby taj) plus various stops for coffee we requested and a nice place for lunch!
