Property is nice and comfortable. Rooms and staff are good. 5 min walk from Market, shortcut. Children's magic show organized by hotel in night. Good swimming pool. Food is nice, room service is good.

Access Road is not good, shanties all around. No view of valley.

Room deep cleaning required. Dust all around, especially in curtains.

Hotel has eco inside. Any game or loud TV playing can be heard inside the room. Management should restrict play time in lobby from 7am to 10pm. It creates inconvenience to others due to eco in hotel.

Overall good experience.

1) 24 hr Hot Water.
2) Friendly staff.
3) Near To market. waking distance 5-6 minutes.

I stayed here with my family over the weekend and we had a great stay..i must say the food was delicious, the rooms were spacious & the hotel staff was kind enough to serve us dinner prior the dinner time as we had a bus to catch on the way back home. Over-all we had an amazing weekend.if you're looking for a budget friendly place to stay would definitely recommend Pratap heritage hotel.

Everything was good from service to accomodation. And staff attitude and behaviour was plausible. We were pampered and impressed. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for the food, staff attitude and for everything else if you're planning you're visit to Mahabaleshwar.
