Dina Hotel, a blast from the past! My parents stayed here in 1978. The place still oozes vintage charm with its creaky floors, classic decor, and a lobby that feels like a time machine. The rooms, though not flashy, are clean and comfy, holding on to a touch of the '70s. The restaurant offers a taste of the past with its retro-inspired menu. It's not your modern luxury spot, but if you're into a brief trip down memory lane, Dina Hotel does the job. Short and sweet – a cozy stay that's more about reliving history than the amenities.

Without a doubt, the best hotel in Mahabaleshwar, in fact, it’s not a hotel, we consider it as our second home. Right from my wife to my kid, everyone feels at home. The rooms, more like your own cottage rooms, vast… the owner, the ever forthcoming staff, delicious food & most importantly the location & the greenery around it. It will get you fall in love with it… I’ve been since last 15 years, annually visiting them. Trust me, you’ll never regret the time & money you spend here.

The rooms and location are wonderful. But what really takes the cake is the food. Great Parsi fare and you can order in advance. It’s doesn’t come cheap mind you. The hotel was started on 1917.

I loved the place! So so so serene (yet they are just a few kilometres from the main market) and clean and well maintained.
Rooms are super clean and such a great rustic feel.It's so Parsi, I LOVED it ❤.
I gave it 4 stars for rooms not because it's not great but it's obviously not 5 star⭐ but for anyone that's expecting it.
The rooms and linen are clean and the bathrooms are simple but huge.
Well lit rooms, care is taken to keep any mosquitos etc at bay, staff shuts the balcony windows in the evening.
By the way, they have an extra bed in each room.
No elevators. One sec...I didn't talk about the food...Mental, straight forward, awesome, Parsi cuisine.Ample parking

This place is for those who love the old time charm. Beautiful property to relax and multi course Parsi food for breakfast, lunch and dinner! What more one can ask for? Perfect place for big group reunions.

Just stopped for lunch, which was very nice. Had a short stroll around the property, which is very beautiful with great views. Will try to stay here sometime.

A great place. Combines five star experience with a personalized homely service. One misses the plastic, polite chatter of 5 star chains, thank God.
The rooms are big, comfortable, the furniture and facilities are modern first class.
The garden was a paradise, in full bloom.
The distant view is simply great if you love nature.

Have stayed at this property several times and cant get enough of it. Its close to market and lake. The views around are beautiful and the property is serene. The restaurant is very oldschool (love it) and the food and service is as good. You have to follow the restaurant timings. Rooms are big and nice. Overall an amazing place and value for money. So :)

Charming hotel in Mahableshwar just 1km from the market.

Beautiful grounds, dog friendly, great staff, lovely owners and amazing food.

Should also mention that the hotel rooms have recently been renovated and they feel very comfortable and modern from within whilst still retaining the old world charm on the veranda which is a great place to gather for evening drinks.

If you are lucky… sample the doodh puffs which the staff will whip up for you with creamy buffalo milk, sugar and nutmeg on cold winter mornings!

I had been there many times. If you love to relax on vacation this is the right place to be. They serve the most amazing Parsi food. 5 stars for their hospitality. Very clean neat and nice place.

The views from this place are to kill for and one can just imagine the love that must be going to maintain the gardens. Clean hygienic large rooms and bathrooms. We had such a great break from the hot and humid city. We went to Dina Mahabaleshwar for a small break around our wedding anniversary and it was absolutely wonderful 💕. The service is superb, food is awesome and they serve it with a lot of love. The owners are super friendly. The manager Mark is a delight to speak with and takes pains to ensure all guests feel super comfortable. For our anniversary they did a toran and rangoli decoration for our room and gave us the cake my husband had ordered, on the house. The small things matter so much to ensure you have a perfect day. The weather was beautiful and the clouds were rolling in. We could see them, feel them and were amongst them. The soups, dhansak, Scotch eggs, akuri, fish cakes, mutton chops, caramel custard, trifle pudding, the list won't end..... Everything lipsmacking good. We are all in love with this place. Even the guests there were amazing and we had some great convos with some of them. A big shoutout to our friend who recommended this place.

It's a heritage property. Rooms are simple, clean and have been recently renovated. Bathrooms are big. The view from the first floor rooms is great. Dina serves the best non veg food in Mahabaleshwar and dine in service is great. It has a lovely garden. Best place to relax and unwind.

This place is just heavenly. It's clean, quiet, great food, courteous staff, beautifully manicured gardens.. Just the kind of place one would want to chill at and peace out. The price is a bit steep but totally worth it.

Went here to try their lunch. Its a amazing set menu which has table service. The food is just too good. The theme and concept inspires the classic style. Each dish in the set menu is separately prepared and served at the table.

Serene atmosphere. Though it's a 150 yr old hotel, very clean and spacious rooms. Have maintained the same old rustic look. Food is tasty and palatable. Staff are polite and courteous. On the whole .. was a good experience though a little expensive.
