I would like to share one of the sweetest encounter I had in Aloka Residency. The owner himself so humble and grounded and also would like to mention that his sweetness is reflected in the Stay they offer.
Coming to the services - Rooms are very Hygienically maintained. Prompt service. The food they provide in Aloka Residence is very homely and tasty.
A must visit place in Coorg.

It was such a awsm stay. This is first time I have visited the real coorg only because the homestay owner guided us so well to visit the right places. The homestay is so dam good - good rooms, good food and services. The owner along with the homestay owns a bar, resturant which made it so convenient for us on accessibility of food & liquor. They also own a very big coffe estate and farm. It was such an amazing experience to just pluck the fresh avocados from the tree, that too for free. The owner guided us to nice waterfall which was not crowded by a lot of people.

Beautiful space to stay. Spacious rooms and amazing views. But that's the best part.

It is one of the best home stay ever seen., Such a care and concern. It gives homely feeling. Owner is too good and they care you each n ever second. Place is just beyond imagination especially in rainy season. You have nothing to feel less there. 5/5 for this place and people!

Amazing hospitality. Would recommend this to anyone finding a place to stay around the somwarpet area. Karthik and his mum are very accommodating, helpful and will take care of your every need. Pretty great view from the rooms as well.

It was a last minute booking for us as well. But surprisingly place is damn good. Rooms are clean and tidy . Especially service is commendable and timely with good food . I would totally recommend this place to hang out with friends or family.

Place has good ambience.Rooms were neat and tidy with wide balcony having good view. Homestay is very close to town. Hosts provided complimentary breakfast and helped us with information on sight seeing.

Place is good, rooms are spacious and big. Owner and staff are friendly and hospitable. Food was good. Only con is that it's quite far from Madikeri and tourist attractions.

Very hospitable hosts. Quaint and Serene surroundings with luxurious facilities in the room and bathroom. Sony TV with Tata sky. Bath tub and 24hrs hot water. Tasty breakfast.
