Karlad Lake Resort - Wayanad

We stayed here during our honeymoon trip for a day, But it's very memorable day for us. Karlad resort is a very beautiful place to relax n enjoy. The swimming pool experience was awesome with beautiful lake view, we did enjoyed swimming for a quiet time without interrupted by other tourists. we stayed in premium plus room , which had a beautiful view of Karlad lake. Rooms was great , very clean n well maintained and staff was also very friendly. Property is very quiet n calm. Food was very tasty and delicious.

Karlad Lake Resort was the perfect spot for our getaway! We had the most amazing time there, thanks to the wonderful staff and the incredible ambiance. It felt like every moment was filled with joy and laughter, making memories that we'll cherish forever.

The morning view of the lake was absolutely amazing, and in the evening, watching the sunset from the activity point was simply beautiful. It felt so peaceful and special – something we'll always remember.

During our stay, we were accommodated in a room featuring a unique cave-like structure, perfect for engaging in different activities. The room itself was impeccably clean and well-appointed, complete with modern amenities including an Android TV and a premium showering experience to name a few.

Exciting enhancements are on the horizon, with plans to introduce a game room and jacuzzis soon. With such promising developments underway, booking with full confidence is a given. This resort promises not just a stay, but an unforgettable experience.

We were 3 couples with 2 kids and visited Karlad lake resort on the last week of February. We had got the premium stay overlooking the lake. The room was clean and tidy. Every place in the resort was kept clean. Be it the dining area or the path! Small swimming pool at the top which has an amazing view. Kids play area is available as well. They had set up a campfire too!
Breakfast was decent, dinner was excellent but the Kerala Parota, Mushroom curry stood out! This was out of request and Nikhil went out of his way to cater this request. Thank you Sheela ma'am for having/maintaining a wonderful property. Special thanks to Nikhil & his team for making sure that the guests are taken care of well!
We will come once again for the Tea!

The resort's lovely rooms are tucked away in the trees, next to Karlad Lake. From the balcony, you have a wonderful early-morning view of the lake. A serene and lovely setting with lots of lush green trees.
The stay is really comfortable, and the cottages are elegantly furnished. The rooms are large and clean and housekeeping and room service are provided with great promptness.

The rooms were very clean and tidy. The staff were very calm and their service was excellent.
The lake view was a great add on.
As karlad lake is very close by we took the advantage of visiting it anytime we wanted.
Overall a great place to stay with great view and good hospitality.

The stay was great. The resort is right next to the karlad lake. You get a great view of the lake early in the morning from balcony.
The room was neat and clean. The food was also good. Hospitality is wonderful. My husband had a ankle sprain just the previous day. They made sure that we were having a comfortable stay and kept checking if we needed anything more. Overall, definitely recommended if you are looking for a peaceful vacation away from the city life.

Amazing staycation... Me and my husband stayed here for 4 days.. Planned our first anniversary here with candle light dinner beside the lake with boat setup was just apt.. No comments on the food.. Its just awesome.. Tried their coconut rice, puddu, jamun, rasgulla and chola bhatura... We being vegetarian and my husband being very specific about the food.. I was bit worried before visiting this place about how the food could be.. But their food is just amazing..

We stayed in the premium room which is next to lake. The view was amazing. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to have great stay with good food.

There is swimming pool as well in the second floor.

They have indoor and outdoor activities like carrom,foos ball,archery, balloon shooting and bridge walk.

There is also an option of campfire, if you wish you could reach out to Nikhil who helped was with booking and he suggested us the places to cover near by which was helpful.

Service is topnotch..

You get to see variety of plants, noni plant, , fruit plants.

Beautiful place and very accommodating staff. We were a group of about 20 including kids and they were nice enough to make food adjustments for kids preferences like we asked. They were the nicest staff, cleanest room with beautiful views. We loved our stay.

We were a group of 29 people and the resort is incredible. 3 of the rooms are suitable for senior citizens and 6 other rooms a little higher on the hill had great view. Resort is at the best location to travel across the best places in wayanad. The view from the balcony every morning marks the start of a good day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was unexpectedly great and variety was tasteful. I enjoyed my stay to the fullest.
