Stayed two nights there as a member of an alumni meeting. This resort is nearly half a kilometer from main road, spread over a vast area which is preserved as natural greenery. Rooms were clean. Meeting hall was good. There is a hanging bridge, swimming pools, Zipline, play area for children and many other facilities to spend time. Shuttle services available to reach various locations inside the resort.

Such an amazing resort. They have a broad pool and an infinity pool. They also have an aritificial waterfall in which you can bathe. The premises of the resort are huge with a lot of activities that can be done. Cycling archery are a few of them. The staff is very receptive and responsive. The food is amazing.

Although some improvements can be made, like their table tennis rackets are old, and the swimming pool floor was broken at places.

But these minor issues don't make any change to the amazing place it is.
One should totally and absolutely book this place without any doubt or hesitance

Vythiri Village Resorts provided an exceptional setting for our family vacation during the Pongal holidays. The lush surroundings and well-maintained facilities created a serene atmosphere. The staff's hospitality was noteworthy, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The variety of activities offered, coupled with the delicious cuisine, added to the overall experience. From the spacious accommodation to the picturesque landscapes, Vytri Village Resorts exceeded our expectations, making it a perfect destination for a memorable family getaway.

Wonderful place, extremely good environment, artificial falls and hanging bridge is unique to this resort. Very big place, we should be there atleast 2 days. Hospitality is exceptional. Only Food pricing is on higher side.

It's an amazing place for Nature lovers. Beautiful location with a small river flowing in the resort and many more amenities that one can find in a luxurious resort, but at affordable prices.

I stayed with my friend and we just loved the place to the core. People are very customer centric and full of bright character. The resort employees are very helpful and supportive in nature to cater all your needs. However, the food within the resort is pretty expensive. You can choose to have some Keralite delicacies outside the resort as multiple options are available.

The most amazing Wildlife sanctuary is just an hour's drive from the resort, Bandipur Tiger Reserve..

We booked through online traveling partner for our winter vacation.
Check in was quick and was helped by the staff to move our luggages to our rooms. Since I was not aware of the different locations of different types of rooms, we were alloted at different locations. Though disappointed initially the front office manager was kind enough by canceling and upgrading the standard rooms to pool villa.
The 2 BR pool villa is big enough for 4 adults with a private pool and a washroom.
The rooms included with pantry, large TVs, wardrobes and a king size bed with mattress and soft pillows. The room also has safety locker, mini fridge and an ironbox and board.
Location - Located just a few meters from the main road, the property is sprawling around 30 acres of jungle with a variety of flora and fauna. (I personally recorded 30 different species of birds, 4-5 malabar squirrels, a palm civet and a non venomous snake).

Attractions - A hanging bridge, an infinity pool and an artificial waterfalls are the main attractions for the property.

Restaurants - Located at 2 different locations serving breakfast at one and lunch/dinner at another.
Since they are far apart from rooms it will be difficult for old people to reach. But management has provided cars for shuttling inside the resort.
Food - The breakfast spread is ok but not anything outstanding for a 5 star property. The taste is good.

Activities - There are many activities for kids and adults both indoor and outdoor, with few chargeable.

Overall a huge property with lush green and woods which takes Us close to nature with added comfort and luxury.

Amazing forest village experience. They have maintained the naturality of the nature. Plus lot of things for engagement like Hanging bridge, artificial water fall, archery, Swing,…
Food was of great taste. I have tried breakfast buffet, dinner a-la-carte and room service. Only didn’t try the dinner buffet. So can’t comment on dinner buffet . Otherwise food taste, quality, customisation all well. Fish and Prawns are must try.
The service staff took care of everything we needed.
Its a bigger property. Seems They have subleased portion to others like Club Mahindra etc. Can’t say their experience but we booked directly and we were on main property so service was always ahead.
For Christmas there was music night which we enjoyed fullest.

Good location to stay with family, their dinner is quite good with lots of Indian live music, they have enough parking spaces and common area is too good with full of trees and greenery, lots of fun activities

This place has amazing service, atmosphere, views, and activities. The location is hard to get to but is very beautiful. This place is perfect for 2-4 day vacation with your family and friends.

We went as a group of about 75 folks (of all ages, babies to grannies) and spent an entire weekend during last week of November 2023. There are two accomodations facilities, one a newer building which is well maintained and the main building that has the all the other amenities - indoor games, restaurant, karaoke area, song nights, etc. There are very scenic spots within the resort, artificial water falls, swimming pool, archery, place to play cricket. The restaurant building by the hanging bridge is pretty impressive. The breakfast buffet spread was huge with plenty of varieties from traditional Kerela fare, to general south indian fare as well as continental options. Very huge resort that can accommodate very large groups. This is a destination by itself, cool place to hangout and have events. Carry a packet of salt with you when roaming on the grounds.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vythiri Village Resort from January 21st to January 23rd, 2024, and I am left utterly mesmerized by an experience that can only be described as out of this world. Having stayed in several five-star hotels in the past, I can confidently say that Vythiri Village Resort stands in a league of its own.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality extended by the staff was nothing short of exceptional. The cottage room we were assigned was a masterpiece of design, featuring distinct areas for living, sleeping, an expansive bathroom, dressing room, and even a separate dining area—a luxury I had often missed in other five-star establishments.

What sets Vythiri Village Resort apart are the subtle, yet delightful, details that add a unique charm to the entire property. From repurposing liquor bottles as flower pot stands to the enchanting lighting that illuminated the resort at night, every corner held a surprise that brought smiles to our faces. The landscape planning, with room pillars cleverly disguised as old tree barks, piqued our curiosity, leading us to the inspiring story of the Owner and Chairman, Mr. N K Muhammed.

Mohikka, as we fondly addressed Mr. Muhammed, is the heart and soul of this resort. His passion for providing an excellent vacation experience for guests is evident in every aspect of the property. Shuttle cabs, thoughtfully arranged by him, whisked us around the resort, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable exploration of the stunning landscape.

What truly sets Vythiri Village Resort apart is the trust and respect they place in their guests. Simple yet powerful gestures, like not fixing the hairdryer to the walls or placing the iron box casually in the wardrobe, spoke volumes about the genuine hospitality here. During checkout, the staff efficiently loaded our luggage into our private vehicle, demonstrating a level of trust that is rarely found in the hospitality industry.

The beauty of the resort, the delectable food, and the impeccable service from the staff all contribute to an overall awesome experience. Staying at Vythiri Village Resort is not just a vacation; it's a lifetime experience. My heartfelt thanks to Mohikka for his passion and the exceptional training of his dedicated staff, who truly make this resort a home away from home.

Hospitality and service: The people that work here make all the difference. They are so welcoming and make you feel at home, whatever downsides observed at the resort are all zeroed coz of the people that took care of us. Right from the security staff, reception, room cleaning and servicing, cab drivers and everyone else are just exceptional.

Rooms: Cottage comes with - a decent sized hall with seating, a big bed room with a king size cot, a work desk, attached toilet and a utility room with seating. It is spacious, looks like new smart features in terms of switches added recently. Wifi was slow initially, but improved eventually. While you have hot water, observed that the flow of the same is intermittent when using the shower.

Cottages are away from the main hotel area and restaurant, guests are ferried in vans whenever needed.

Food: Both breakfast and dinner buffet spreads are good. Not exceptional or exceeding expectations, but you can expect typical buffets at hotels of this range.

Property and proximity: The resort is very much in the vythiri town, not secluded or in a very scenic spot, but you don't feel that inside the resort, they have built a lot of interesting spots within the resort to spend time and enjoy. This is a big property that is ideally situated to many tourist spots in the area.

The live musical nights organized on Friday and Saturday nights are splendid and a present surprise.

Final verdict: Recommend for stays with family and friends.

Though the food was average, the staff contributed to the overall pleasant experience. I was deeply impressed by the ambiance, cleanliness, and decor of the rooms. It felt as if nature was hugging you from every corner. I highly recommend Vythiri Village to anyone seeking a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It was absolutely fantastic!

Beautiful resort, cordial and polite staff, location is fabulous, amidst lush greenery with waterfall within the resort and so many hanging bridges, cycling, swimming, archery, zipline and many more such activities. Scrumptious breakfast in the morning with loads of option like a buffet, so better book the room along with breakfast it's worth it for sure.
