Very well maintained and clean rooms. Good Internet connectivity along with smart TV, 24 hours hot water and AC. The owner and the staff are very cooperative and available. The best part is the food. Food taste & quality is 10 on 10. The charges are very reasonable. Location is walking distance to the beach. The owner will also get you discount for water sports. Overall great place to spend your weekend on budget with great food. You can book the hotel directly by calling the owner.

Visited Kihim this week and stayed at this place for a couple of days. Very pleasant and calm stay. Impressed with the optimal use of the space and required amenities. Never had such a chillax stay at Alibag before. Anuprita Tai is a kind host and just a call away. I will definitely recommend it for couples and families for a safe and best stay.

Nice hotel rooms with a good hygiene and safety...clean bathroom and fresh linen . Specially they provide smart tv with wi-fi that is good for kids .

This is very near(2 mins walk) to Kihim Beach. It's not sea facing or something though. But overall it's worth it.
They also offer service to drop you back to the ferry terminal at decent rate.

We had veg thali and chicken thali. The Breakfast special Ghavna and chutney was yummy. Even the fish we had was fresh and delicious😋😋. Don't miss it. Rooms are also very clean and tidy!!

The rooms were neat and clean. It had a TV with netflix and amazon prime connection, AC and a small balcony. The room allotted to us was on the second floor. Also had a gas geyser for hot water
The service was really quick, the staff was very experienced and polite. The hotel manager took care of every small need of yours.
The hotel is located close to Kihim beach. You can take a 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel to reach the beach. To reach the hotel, take a bus from Mandwa jetty, travel for 11 km in the bus which takes around 25 minutes, get down at Chondi stop and then take an auto from Chondi to reach the hotel. The hotel is 1.7 km away from Chondi bus stop.
Enjoy the stay. Also don't litter and help us to keep the beaches clean and serene.

Rooms are clean and neat. Staff is very supportive. They have a terrace also from where you can enjoy the view of greenery. Food is delicious. Kihim Beach is hardly at 3 mins walking distance. Overall a very good and affordable stay.

It was an wonderful experience with this hotel. Rooms were also clean and tidy. But one this misses that is cupboard. Pls add it. Otherwise it is very good. Delicious food with both veg and non-veg options. Also cost friendly rooms gave us a memorable time.

What a lovely stay at Arunoday Kihim ! Rooms are confortable and very clean, the beautiful beach of Kihim is only a 100meters from the guest house and the food is delicious. But most of all Anuprati is the most wonderful host ! She is extremely kind, smiling, helpful and speaks good english !

I had a great stay at the villa in Kihim. The location is accurately shown on Google Maps, so it's easy to find. I booked directly with the owner for 1300/- on a weekday. The rooms are spacious and clean, just like the pictures. Amenities include AC, Smart TV, and free Wi-Fi. The villa is conveniently located near Alibaug beach and Mandawa port, with Kihim beach just a 5-minute walk away. There's also a market nearby for any necessities. Meals are available on-site, just inform the owner beforehand. The prices are reasonable. Check-out is flexible unless there are other bookings. Parking is available for bikes and cars. Overall, it's a safe and great place to stay with friends, family, or loved ones. I had no issues during my stay. The owner is very humble and accommodating, even when I had to shift my dates at the last minute. I highly recommend this pocket-friendly villa due to its great location and service.

Arunoday Kihim is one of the best place in and around Kihim to stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained, AC working properly & 24*7 availability of hot water. Adding to it the homemade konkani seafood thali was so very very tasty & delicious.

Trust me this place is best budget place to stay in Kihim. I have even made a vlog about this place which is so close to Kihim beach.
The host was very helpful and kind and made sure our stay was comfortable enough.
